Hotellin ikä näkyy jo huoneiden koossa ja toimivuudessa. Huoneet pieniä ja perus 2hh huoneen wc/kylpyhuonetila pieni. Huoteet, hotelli yleensä sekä allasalueet kuitenkin erittäin siistit ja hyvässä kunnossa. Regent Club -tason huone on erittäin varteenotettava vaihtoehto, sillä sisältää aamiaisen (oma ravintola) lisäksi veloituksettomat virvokkeet koko ajan sekä klo 17-19 välillä kevyen buffan. Sadekausi ei vaivannut lainkaan, sillä Sanurissa satoi vain öisin tai kerran päivällä koko kahden viikon aikana.

Check in was quick, and the room was lovely. It had everything we could want for our stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were really friendly, always greeting you with a friendly good morning, afternoon etc. They were eager to help with any requests that you may have. Although we enjoyed our meal at the pizzeria (best panna cotta I think I’ve ever tasted) we like to go out and explore local restaurants. We weren’t disappointed, as there are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Also, a nearby bakery The Daily Baguette and mini-mart were very handy. Unfortunately, they have stopped doing room service breakfast. Which is a shame as we previously loved to order breakfast to eat on our balcony for a relaxing quiet start to our day. (Hence our trips to The Daily Baguette for fabulous breakfast pastries). They are selling too many day passes. Whilst this may have been a lifeline for them during the pandemic, I think it’s causing overcrowding now that things are getting busier. We found that unless you got there early the beach seats and pool seats were often full. Upsetting when you find out that they are taken by people who have purchased cheap day passes. Another problem we found were the many kite surfers going from the beach just in front of the hotel. They came so close to the beach on some occasions that we were afraid to go into the sea for fear of them hitting us.

Dear Ms. Nicola, Thank you for your staying with us and we are glad you had a rapid check-in, comfortable room and friendly staff! Sanur is indeed a beautiful quiet area that has its own charm than the rest of Bali and we are glad you experienced it! We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Daypass package (it has been discontinued) and for the miscommunication on In-room breakfast as it has been and will continue to operate in the long run :) . Having said that, we thank you for your highly honest feedback and will continue to make improvements to ensure our guests have the utmost experience when staying with us. Loved everything about the Hyatt Regency. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Both the pool and the beach area are fantastic, always plenty of seats available. The men who work around the pool and beach are really attentive, and ready to help with towels and food and drinks. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff in every department was welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail is great, and the birthday cake and card left in my room was a lovely gesture. I would recommend the Hyatt for a relaxing stay in Sanur.

Superqualität, alles super, das Essen, Service, Zimmer, Pool, Strand. Das Essen ist ein wenig teurer als ausserhalb des Hotels, dafür erhält man aber höchste Qualität und Hygene. TOP HOTEL (in der Schweiz erhält man niemals einen solch guten Service/Qualität)

Uns hat der Park vom Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Was uns nicht gefallen ist der Strandbäder leider im Bereich des Hotel nicht vom Müll gereinigt wurde
