excellent location very clean good facilities of self catering fridge cooker dishwasher, great for a short break in london we were a family of 4 free coffee and nice comfortable lounge area to sit we would definitely return very good value for money best deal in london

Good overnight stay

Great location in lovely area: many bars and restaurant just around the corner, Hyde Park & Harrods all close by foot. Lovely clean room. No problems during our short stay. Nice to have coffee machine at the lobby area with free coffee.

Adequate for our needs

Efficient friendly staff. Downstairs sofa bed not very comfortable and still had blankets. No duvet! Upstairs beds very comfortable and warm. Heat tended to disappear upstairs. Kitchen well-equipped but no socket for kettle in kitchen and had to hold switch down until it boiled.

Friendly welcome, lobby and room quite new renovated, nice kitchen with nearly everything you need, nice bathroom with tub/shower combination, quiet room, comfortable bed and sleeping couch; could be more furniture to put your stuff in. Breakfast is delivered from a café to your room.

Hôtel bien situé et confortable.

L'hôtel est accessible très facilement en métro depuis la gare st pancras. Le personnel. Est professionnel et à l'écoute, les chambres sont propres et le côté cuisine permet de prendre son petit déjeuner dans la chambre si on le souhaite. Adresse à recommander.
