The rooftop restaurant is very nice and the Restaurant Manager on all days except Tuesday was excellent and attentive. What a change on Tuesday Morning, change in manager, terrible service. The aircon was useless, being eco friendly is good but seriously 1 towel to share and 1 pillow each.

We regret to not have known in time during your stay about your issue with the towels as we would have told you that there's always an extra set in the closet. Das Zimmer war fantastisch, sauber und die Betten ein Traum. das Nachtessen war vorzüglich, sehr gute Bedienung, sowie auch das Frühstück, sehr grosszügig und die Terrasse war ein Traum.

Frühstücksbuffet schöne grosse Auswahl! Das Brot war jedoch nicht ganz frisch. Eine Kaffeemaschine finde ich etwas wenig für so viele Gäste. Meine Kollegin war in einem anderen Zimmer. Sie hat zwei mal wegen der Klimaanlage an der Reception gefragt, niemand ist vorbei gekommen um nachzuschauen. Auch wurden bei ihr die Kaffeeportionen und Nüssli nicht nachgefüllt. Einmal wurde bei ihr erst am Nachmittag das Zimmer gemacht, meine Kollegin durfte grad mal schnell rein um auf die Toilette zu gehen. Wir denken, dass dahinter rassistische Motive stecken könnten. Sie ist aus Äthiopien.

Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch perfekt. Zug und U Bahn sind direkt um die Ecke, 20 min. Fußweg bis zur Fähre. Auch die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Das Umfeld an sich ist natürlich Bahnhofsgegend. Das Hotel selbst stellt die sichere und saubere Oase dar. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens. Besonders schön ist die Dachterasse mit dem Blick über Neapel, wo man bestens frühstücken oder dinnieren kann.
