Great location by the seaside. We had superior room with sea and pool view. We chose half board dining option, breakfast was good and dinner had many options every evening (different options every night). We convenient with kids.

Ok hotel, nice location. Some complaints.

Cons: Customer service, cleanliness in the indoor pool area
Location: Aquarium right beside the hotel, bus stops near by, cycling friendly
Family of four people, while checking in we were offered a room for two. There were no sheets and blankets in the room for four - after the situation had been cleared in the lobby. No apologies either. Room was spacious and ok with a balcony to the sea. Some ants and silverfish in the bedroom and bathroom. We had reserved a room for five days but after third day we couldn't get in our room. There was "another technical problem" which the head of lobby services considered to be very small. Involuntarily he gave a free breakfast checked as a "gift". No apologies. Room wasn't cleaned that day. While checking out we were given a bill for over EUR100 and no explanations what the fee was about. After involuntary research the staff member explained the bill was written by mistake. No apologies. Nice touch: Although "mom" paid for the stay, receipt and room keys were handed to "dad". Some smirking and other odd customer service specialties occurred during the stay. Indoor pool was really filthy. At first swim the pool was filled with foam and the continuing day the water had soapy residues and was clear as mud. Also there was a woman in the water with a t-shirt and long skirt on with her baby. Nice view from balcony and lots of nice activities around. Good breakfast.

Kiva ja siisti hotelli rannan läheisyydessä!

Siisti ja mukava hotelli, jossa myös laadukasta iltaohjelmaa sekä hyvät ravintolapalvelut. Sopii hyvin lapsiperheille. Palman kaupunki lähellä pyörätien toisella puolella sijaitseva mainio Platja de Palman hiekkaranta. Hyvät mahdollisuudet pikkuostoksiin aivan vierellä ja läheiset ravintolat kohtuuhintaisia ja monen erin laisia.

Très beau hôtel, situé dans un leí calme en face d’une belle plage. Restaurant prêt de l’hôtel ainsi que l’aquarium qui vaut le détours d’aller.
