Huoneessa ei ollut juomavettä, teetä tai kahvia, vaikka olikin jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja teekupit. Wifi toimi todella heikosti. Sisäänkirjautuminen piti uusia vähän väliä eikä esim. GMeets-etäkokouksesta tullut mitään. Työpöydällä oli pikkuruisia 1-2mm:n kokoisia muurahaisia, jotka valtasivat läppärini. Suihkun putki oli löysällä ja sen ja hanan välistä suihkusi vettä. Niin sanottu "Spa" oli varsin hämärä loukko kellarissa. Kuntosali oli hyvin varustettu. Aamupala oli riittävä ja maukas ja sen henkilökunta kohteliasta ja hymyileväistä. Maisema aurinkonlaskuun merelle oli upea. Hotellin kohdalla on kallioranta, eikä kävelytie Paphoksen sataman suunnasta ulotu lähellekään, joten lenkki/kävely rantaa pitkin kulkee soralla ja louhikkoista polkua pitkin ellei sitten halua asfaltoidulle kadulle pois rannasta. Vastaanoton virkailijalta ei irronnut hymyä, eikä juuri katsekontaktia. Tuloaula on hieno, mutta muuten tilat ja kulkuväylät jäivät odotuksista.

Wunderschöne Suite, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Anlage. Einziges Manko war, dass man der Beschreibung nicht entnehmen konnte, dass man nicht im Meer schwimmen kann bzw. man über Felsen hinunter klettern muss.

When I first booked we had a free shuttle with our stay to and from the airport. I emailed the property twice and had no response. When I rang thy said that someone would pick me up.
When we arrived our pickup was about 40 minutes late and his driving wasn’t safe. When checking in I asked about the pickup shuttle and asked what happens if it’s late because we were picked up late. The lady checking us in rudely informed me it is stated that the shuttle can come up to an hour late. When I explained I wasn’t informed of this and that I had emailed to book and had no reply I was told I booked wrong and should have gone through the website. I explained I had no response to two emails and when I called I wasn’t told to do that I was just told we would be picked up. The receptionist didn’t apologised and just said that wasn’t her fault. It was a bit of an annoying way to start our holiday.
However, the rest of our stay was really nice. The room and facilities were nice and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite. Would recommend a stay here.
Breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

OUTSTANDING Hotel Paphos, Cyprus
Pros:Everything it was marvellous, very spacious. The hotel even has a shop where you can buy most things including drinks etc a mini convenience store.
Cons:To be totally honest, we cant really think of anything.
Location:Location is excellent, right on the sea front and walking distance to a range of shops, bars restaurants etc
However, the hotel restaurant food best.
This hotel is really outstanding and excellent value for money. Suitability for Adults alone or with children excellent. Staff couldn't be more helpful, room spotlessly clean. Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Modern hotel and facilities, spacious and welcoming. Hotel provided mini bus which met us upon arrival and took us back to the airport for departure. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's pool all safe and clean. Spa centre, steam room, sauna room, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, excellent poolside bar and restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff compliment the excellent facilities. Breakfast, superb choice- everything you can think of, hot and cold. Location excellent, a faultless holiday experience and yes they have wifi too. Upon arrival quite late at night the restaurant was closed, no problem the reception called the local McDonalds who deliver to the hotel.
