Excellent location, next to Tulips fields, though a bit far from Leiden. Very comfortable and clean room and amenities. Breakfast expensive for what is offered. Good location for travel to Kuekenhof Gardens. Helpful and friendly staff. It would have been very useful to provide couple of bottle of water, at least for on arrival.

Big hotel

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Bar and restaurant were good.

Great hotel convenient for Keukenhof

Pros: Arista restaurant superb for high quality of food and friendly staff. Nick was particularly helpful with gluten and lactose intolerance advice.
Cons: Breakfast was a little chaotic and hot food not very hot. However the hotel was quite full and the food was still good with a huge choice.
Location: Our main aim was to visit Keukenhof and this was nearby. We also visited Delft (en route from ferry), Leiden, Amsterdam by train, and the coast.
As a small group of 2 couples, we found the hotel and all the staff friendly, helpful and with very good English. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the Arista restaurant was excellent. Parking was convenient and the main road was easily accessible for travelling around. Altogether a very enjoyable visit.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut, großes plus ist das kostenlose parken, denn das ist für Holland nicht normal.

Altes Hotel aber bezahlbar. Erstes Zimmer sehr alt dann am nächsten Tag in ein neues Zimmer. Dieses war gut jedoch ist der gesamte komplex sehr alt. Immer lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption.
