I had a very good time in Granada and I want to be thankful to a receptionist who proposed me a better room as I was firstly afraid by the outdated shower room … I went down and asked her about the possibility of a move as I booked 7 nights… She agreed and proposed me (with an affordable extra fee) a freshly renovated room. The bathroom was larger and freshly painted, the equipment looked new and the shower was great. This said, I will talk nicely about this place to my entourage as it is very well situated : you are litteraly experiencing where the heart of Granada beats. I promise myself I will come back and stay for sure :) Muchas gracias ! Carole.

Parfaitement situé l hôtel à en plus un personnel très professionnel et très serviable. Pour un lieu, un service, un salon de coiffure,....... Un petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est complet mais la salle à manger est au sous sol sans lumière naturelle On peut toujours l emmener sur la terrasse Quant à moi, j ai préféré aller le prendre en ville

Great location.

Very good and helpful reception on arrival. Very close to Alhambra and the city. Everything was within comfortable waking distance and staff arranged our tickets etc and advised about the best time to go. Overall a nice hotel in lovely little city.
