Good location for the station and nice to be by the river. Quick and easy walk into the centre. The hotel was having some refurb work done at the time of our visit which we were not informed of at the time of check in. We had asked for a quiet room in a high floor but were given a room on the third floor, however as the work was talking place on the second floor it was far from quiet! The restaurant near to check in was also playing loud music making it almost impossible to hear what was being said by the reception! The room was comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately the cleanliness could have been better - crumbs left on the carpet from the previous guest.

Staff were wonderful during the check-in process, genuinely friendly and efficient. Location was great because it was handy to the train station and city centre, but in a separate, quiet area by the river. The room was beautiful and the facilities were to a very high standard. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Leeds.
