Hi TonyThank you for taking the time to respond to how your stay with us at Sjöfart was.We start the sauna from the reception, so you need to come and tell us that we are going to start, and it will of course be started.Cleaning is done if you, as a guest, tell us you want it. This is part of Scandic's environmental commitment. Of course, you should have been informed of this upon arrival. If you haven't become one, I'm terribly sorry!Unfortunately, we only have the rooftop bar open during the summer season. This is because the Scandinavian weather is so uncertain and can quickly change between sun and rain during a day.I still hope you can think of coming back to us.Best regards,
