Reception does not answer calls, the hotel does not offer room service, the staff is uninterested and unfriendly. We had to book another hotel for our stay.

Kaikin puolin hyvä hotelli, hyvällä paikalla. Kaikki kävelyetäisyyden päässä. Aamupala oikein hyvä ja huone hiljainen ja mukava. Pieni toive koskien kaikkia Scandic-hotelleja. Moni lentomatkustaja matkustaa pelkillä käsimatkatavaroilla. Koska nesteet ovat lennolla rajalliset, niin usein ihonhoitotuotteet jää pois. Kun saippua ja hoitoaine on pumppupullossa seinällä, niin toiveena olisi saada myös jonkinlaista iholotionia pumppupulloon seinälle.

Aamupala oli kovin yksinkertainen. Sängyt natisivat, jouset kaipaavat uusimista. Muuten ihan ok.

Jo hiukan aikaa nähnyt hotelli, hyvällä sijainnilla jos aikoo esim. laivalla matkustaa Helsingistäeteenpäin. Palvelu oli hyvää ja mutkatonta. Toiveeni myöhäisemmästä uloskirjauksesta onnistui ja kun lähdimmekin pari tuntia suunniteltua aiemmin, sain hyvitystä jo maksamastani ajasta. Huone oli kohtuu pieni ja etenkin lattiapinnat olivat varsin kuluneet, mutta yhden yön ajan täytti asiansa. Aamiainen oli ok perustasoa ja illalla baarin kavereilta sai hyvää palvelua. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan kiva visiitti.
