Tout était au top, le personnel (tout le personnel) est au petit soins, bravo.
Dommage par contre que la climatisation met trop de temps à refroidir la pièce, il fait chaud en début de nuit et frais le matin...

I do not know where to start!
The welcome we received at check in was great, we were given a welcome drink and a brownie whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room was nice and modern and it had everything that we needed. My one and only improvement would be to have a shower door for the bathroom in room 1A.
The breakfast was also great. There was a lot of variety and was all very tasty!
However, the customer service we received throughout our stay was incredible and probably the best service I have received at any hotel and I have travelled a lot! The staff were always friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face! If we had any issues with car rental for example, they would always help us out. Every time we walked passed reception the staff always said hello and asked how we were and that goes a long way! The staff on reception (Stella and Estel) are a credit to the hotel and this is a prime example of Greek hospitality and filoxenia. You can tell that the staff love their job and really want to help, and that makes all the difference.
Keep doing what you are doing! I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family and when I return I will come back to stay at the Kefalonia Grand hotel!
