Close to universal, has free shuttle that runs at specific times, which you need to book the day before. Our room wasn’t cleaned for three days while staying here so make sure you remind reception that you would like it cleaned. Valet parking is €35 per day whereas self parking is $25, this was also not made clear. Otherwise good hotel

We did extra book this hotel due to our expected late arrival at MCO airport as we wanted to use the free hotel airport shuttle. Well there was no airport shuttle. The guy at the front desk had never heard of it. The extra payment for the taxi was 60 bugs. Also my e-mail announcing our late arrival didn’t receive any acknowledgement. We wouldn’t book in this hotel again.
