The King room was a bit small
The King room was a bit small but compensated by great views to Darling Harbour. Great proximity to Darling Harbour shopping, nightlife, restaurants and sights and to other great attractions around town such as Centrepoint and Myer and David Jones (two blocks away)... the TV in the room should be updated to LCD/plasma and add more cable channels. I will recommend it for the great views and great location. Friendly staff at reception during check in and check out.

Four Points is a great hotel,
Four Points is a great hotel, excellent location, helpful staff and awesome view. The bathroom/shower felt a bit poor for a leading hotel in such a location, and definitely need more internet stations. For public transport, its a short walk to Wynyard station, monorail basically on your doorstep or you could walk to main city streets. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay there myself whenever im in Sydney

I believe myself to be a very
I believe myself to be a very low maitenance guest so my longest interactions with the staff was during check in and check out but even during my briefest interactions with the staff as I passed them in the lobby or corridors they were always friendly and polite. For me a hotel is just a place to sleep when I am away from home. However, it was quite pleasant when I return to your hotel after I had finished my daily meanderings around Sydney. The hotel itself is in a great position being a short walk from Darling Harbour, Town Hall station and (if you don't mind walking) close to Sydney's main shopping streets. I would gladly recommend your hotel to others.

THe best hotel i have ever stayed
THe best hotel i have ever stayed in in Sydney especially for location, a walk across the bridge to the Convention Centre and no taxi fares to pay , highly recommended for reeds gift fair i defenetly will stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful
Excellent location, beautiful views on the harbour, excellent service, buffet breaki excellent, only down side is theres no gym or pool but i stil survived. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to EVERYONE & I will definitely stay here again.

The lack of water saving bathroom
The lack of water saving bathroom appliances is a blot on this hotel that was only renovated in recent years. The single flush toilet and full flow shower heads were from an era when water was abundant. It damages the Sheraton Hotel groups green credentials.
