Great location, excellent rooms;
Great location, excellent rooms; very comfortable. Good service. Price for room and food is a tad high. I'd stay there again, no problem.

We were really happy that we were
We were really happy that we were able to check into our room straight away despite the fact that check-in time is 3pm. The only downside was that within the first 45 minutes of checking into our room we had 2 knocks at the door - one to fix something and one to check the minibar. Both times, the servicemen knocked and then tried to come straight in. They didn't give us time to get to the door. Just because the "Do Not Disturb" sign is not on the door does not mean that there is no one in the room. Apart from this little hiccup, everything else was great. This is why I only rated the Service as Good.

Lovely location, very convenient
Lovely location, very convenient if attending Sydney conference centre. Received complimentary upgrade to harbour room which had a beautiful view over the mariner and harbour and the fireworks on the Saturday evening. Would certainly look to stay there again.

The hotel was located very conveniently
The hotel was located very conveniently to Darling Harbour and a short walk to the city centre. Service was excellent. We had a harbour view room and even at a lower level (third floor) the view was superb. Only issue was that while we had a non smoking room the elevator lobby on the 3rd floor, plus part of the passageway leading to our room, smelt extremely smokey. Once closer to our room the corridor was smoke free.

Awesome location and the biggest
Awesome location and the biggest bed I have ever slept on. A Harbourside room is worth the extra cost, the view over the harbour were great. Room service seemed a bit pricey so we didn't indulge, the hotel was handy to lots of great dining anyway. Would definately stay again.

We had a lovely stay and the view
We had a lovely stay and the view of the harbour was spectacular. The room was woderful and everything was within walking distance. We would recomend this place for a very comfortable stay.
