I booked for a King size or double
I booked for a King size or double bed definitely not two twins. Ended up with twins and unable to find a room with King size bed. Disappointed.

When I booked the room for my
When I booked the room for my husband and I, we booked single room double/king bed etc Upon arrival we were given a single room with two single beds - Hotel informed us they were fully booked and could not change this. Rang the Soultions number and spoke to lady who was going to ring us back never did - I had to end up going down to receptions to sort out. On Check-in was offered complimentary paper - said yes. Never got the paper both mornings we stayed... Was a disappointment to our visit to Sydney.

Good for a short stay - no swimming
Good for a short stay - no swimming pool is a disadvantage particularly if staying for a number of days. While the Hotel itself is modern and well presented the rooms are ensuite are of average standard.

Service is good but room is small
Service is good but room is small and crowded. TV table too big and almost a hazard. The twin beds are so small (don't believe it is international benchmark) that you sleep in fear of rolling over the edge.

Mix up on the bookings. Seems a twin double is really a twin bed room. Moved us on the last night of a three night stay. Good service, quiet on the City side. Rooms are very small for this type of hotel. Seemed as though prepaid clients were 2nd Class

Had a nice stay. Have stayed in many hotels for work and for my holidays but the only bad experience was the girl at reception when booking in did not look at once during her duties to book us in. She just looked at the computer the whole time. I found that rude and not welcoming.
