Four Points By Sheraton Darling Harbour Sydney

The room was very small and after complaining and having to pay an extra $40.00 per night was moved to a room that was comparable to the original in the photo. We had to wait 45 mins to get into the new room also. Plus I.D. was required when moving from the old room into the new room. (What the?) This was followed by an all night party above us that boomed music until midnight. It took two phone calls to get the music stopped. The counter staff were not not helpful, infact they made the experience worse. I will not be staying in this or any other Sheraton again.

The hotel has a lovely driveway and lobby area and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, for the size of the room, I believe the price to stay there was a bit steep. It was also dissapointing to only be provided 1 small bar of soap between 2 people. The location is great as it is central to all Sydney city highlights and the ease of walking everywhere was a plus. If location is more important than what the rooms offer, it is an ideal hotel for a stay in the CBD of Sydney.

We were given a room on the 10th floor, city side view. Room size is smaller than we expected. Otherwise, great service from the front desk and helpful concierge.

NOT a Sheraton, but managed by. A good - very good! - 3 star hotel. Comfortable, clean and location, location, location! OK gym too (24 hours with key pass card) - few minutes walk from Darling Harbour and if you are up to it, actually walking distance to anywhere if you like to walk - bridge, Opera House .... Oxford St is 1.8km away. Takes a couple of days to figure Sydney out, but it's all pretty close. Wifi is A$12/hour (or 24/day) - forget it - have breakfast few doors down (out and left) on the corner. Nice cafe, merely expensive like everything in Australia but has free wifi until 7pm. As hotels go, this is a good one and if you get a good price, go for it!

The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is in an ideal spot - close to Darling Harbour and a short walk from Town Hall station and shopping.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Everything was terrific. The only problem was it was a bit far to walk to transport for my daughter with a badly sprained ankle, but don't let this deter other prospective guests.

Got a deal twin room city side thru this group, the rooms are a bit small and no views on city side. It's not the best hotel you'll ever stay at but the location is ok.

I found the staff at the hotel to be very helpful and courteous. The room was a good size though the bed was not particularly comfortable. Being on the second floor, my harbour view room featured a close up of the freeway - thankfully double glazing meant the noise didn't come with the view. Most annoying thing was the noises inside the hotel - when guests in the next room showered, I thought I'd get wet. Also the conversation of people walking past my room felt as if they were inside with me. The best things about the room were the make up mirror and the bath, neither of which were even mentioned in the facilities guide. With my third night free, the hotel represented good value for money.
