A great location for shops, and cockle bay wharf entertainment area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lightening in the room a bit inadequate.

Excellent value for money and
Excellent value for money and pleasant staff. Restaurant was expensive, but there are plenty of other eating options in the near vicinity including the Dundee Arms, a small historical pub owned by the hotel which serves excellent $10 meals from the hotel kitchen. Only complaint is that they are a bit stingy with the free tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the rooms, but they will bring you more at no charge if you ask.

Lovely hotel, well positioned
Lovely hotel, well positioned for shops etc. Very clean. Staff very pleasant and very helpful. Would most definately stay again, only downside was drinks in the bar were expensive.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only negatives were the security safe did not work and the bath / shower still has a shower curtain rather than a shower screen. The gym room was clean and well equiped. Meal quality at the restaurant was good although a little expensive, however the close proximity to the mono rail and Darling harbour provides access to a wide choice of restaurants.

While i feel the room may have
While i feel the room may have not quite met expectations in size based on cost, the location facing the harbour was breath taking. Facilities etc were excellent and the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent
