Floris Hotel Ustel Midi Brussels

Hôtel situé dans un quartier hideux et vraiment pas rassurant! Contrairement à la publicité sur ce site, cet hôtel ne possède AUCUNE possibilité de parking gardé! Ne jamais y venir en voiture! Chambre minuscule, odeur nauséabonde, et salle de bains tellement sale que même les cafards n'y viennent pas! La pire adresse que j'ai vue, loin devant ce que j'ai connu en Asie!

Hotel is not bad, location is ok if you are using Midi Station. But NO internet access, staff very rude when I asked for wifi, Please avoid this hotel if you want to use wifi. There are others I should have chosen. Also, the girl at the front desk call me a taxi for the morning and assure the price would be flat 45 E, however the driver charged 55 E and I had only the 45 as the girl assure that! Bad experience, Do not reccomend it

The only reason to stay here is if you are taking the TGV to Paris departing from Brussel Zuid, which is less than a kilometer away. Other than that the neighborhood is filthy, the pipes squeak like an old pirate ship every time someone flushes, and the wall are paper thin. A large group of teenagers were checking in at the same time and did their best to turn the place into a zoo for a few hours. At least the elevator works, the check in guy was very nice and the room was mostly clean if run down. The air conditioning was new and comfortable. The Grote Markt is a few kilometers away so if you don't mind a walk this might be a good place for the money. Did not stay for breakfast as the train left in the AM. We have stayed here on two occasions but will not return.

The hotel was more or less OK, I would place it at the low range of a three start hotel, but it was by far too exensive. Although the free WiFi was not working, the staff took no action (for example exceptionally give free access to their high speed WiFi). They only said they were sorry and unable to help.

It was an okay room, the good part was it was close to the train station. But we still didn't like the location because it was a very shady area.

It was very cold in Brussels and the room was very cold it was not haeted, and when I ask for blanket they didn't find any. I took 24h internet connection and it cuts every 5 mn, the hotel is very bad and people are not welcoming.

Chambres un peu vieillottes, murs et mobilier à rafraichir. Points positifs : une bonne literie et de bons coussins ; petits déjeuners de bonne qualité

Hotel viellot et défraichi. Accueil froid et peu commerçant. Chambre et SDB sale et viellotes

Hotel was average. The area is a bit run down, but safe. Location is great. 5 minutes from the Brussel's Midi rail station. 10 to 15 minute walk (a straight shot for the most part) to the Grand Place.
