Holiday Inn BRUSSELS - SCHUMAN

Hotellissa toimi kaikki ja sinne pääsi checkaamaan sisään jo ennen puoltapäivää, vaikka virallisesti check-in olisi ollut vasta iltapäivällä kolmelta. Erittäin ystävällistä palvelua, todella siisti huone, aulassa toimiva WiFi-yhteys sekä loistava sijainti.

Très bon accueil, suite junior avec kitchenette très pratique pour faire chauffer nos repas. Chambres fonctionnelles, propres, très bien insonorisées. SDB nickel. Sommes ravis de notre hébergement, pour un prix correct.

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier des affaires, proche du centre européen. Métro à proximité permettant d'être en 10 mn en plein centre. les 2 lits single était rapprochés et forment du coup un très grand lit. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher (15€) mais il y a vraiment de tout (oeufs, crèpes, charcuterie, céréales, pain, viennoiserie…) et à volonté. Le parking et cher 25€/jour et franchement pas forcément nécessaire (mais attention notre date de séjour = 30/12 au 3/01) nous nous sommes garés sans problème dans la rue face à l'hôtel. Chocolateries, boulangerie (PAUL) carrefour market et même clinique à proximité ds le quartier.

The hotel was pleasant enough, a typical Holiday Inn, decent location etc. I was happy with our stay until we came to check out to be told we owed 60 euros for two days breakfasts after being told on arrival it was included. My confirmation did not state that it was not included and having being told where to get this included meal and what times etc we were not to know any different. We were also not told that this was not included when we went down to breakfast both days and told the staff our room number. Even after explaining this at check out the receptionist was extremely rude exclaiming that they cannot keep track of what every single customer is told. He then made me feel like a criminal for saying that I wasn't prepared to pay 60 euros for 4 bowls of cereal, the rest of the breakfast was not exactly 4 star and we definitely wouldn't have gone for it had we have had to pay. The incompetence and rudeness of the staff therefore sadly affected my views of this hotel.

I stayed there for one night, the hotel is located in a side-street not far from the town centre. Within walking distance you can find nice bars and small restaurants. The room was comfortable with spring box double bed and LCD TV. I could park my car in front of the hotel for FREE!

this is a good place to stay. nice, clean rooms. close to the metro. close to a little supermarket. good neighborhood, close to a beautiful park. if you want to walk to the Grand Place it will take at least 30 minutes. you have to pay for wi-fi and for breakfast. small fridge in the room. you can use a computer in the lobby--10 minutes for 1 euro.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et fonctionnelle.Comme lors de notre précédent séjour, le personnel a été aimable et disponible.

Clean, well maintained hotel. A bit of a walk from the old town centre but a pleasant walk. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great for a night / 2 night stay for a city break

Parfait sous tous les rapports, à part la température dans la chambre et dans le couloir.
