chambre petite, mais suffisante pour quelques heures de sommeil

Bonne hôtel, juste dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de parking, et le personnel (tout du moins la personne qui nous à reçu de nuit) n'est pas des plus sympathique. De plus, problème de chauffage dans la sdb qui n'a jamais était réglé.

Mein Zimmer war sehr groß, ruhig und sauber. Wenn auch der Heizkörper im Bad funktioniert hätte, hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben...

Hotel est très bien situé. Propre. Notre chambre était bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. La salle de bain très propre avec bainoir (très appréciable en fin de journée de visites). Je recommade cet hotel à d'autres d'autant plus que le prix est très attractif.

Situé à 1/4 h à pied de la grand place, à 2mn du tram et 3 du métro dans un quartier calme , l'hôtel du Congrès, constitué de plusieurs batiments autour d'une ravissante cour intérieure, est un point d'attache idéalement placé pour quiveut rayonner dans Bruxelles pendant un long WE.

I really wanted to give this place a great rating for what it is. Its clean, comfortable enough, location is nice, and the price is solid. There is really no character and when in the room you feel like you could be anywhere in the world. The room was also very small but fine for someone just travelling, staying for a couple nights. Anyway, thats what was in my head to write when I first unpacked and took the room in... By about midnight was when things changed THIS IS THE LOUDEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Im a young backpacker type, Im no snob, and have stayed in $3 a night hostels around the world. But this place was LOUD. The walls are made of paper. All night as people returned to there rooms and then from about 7AM you could hear every word said in the hall and even worse when a door closed or bag knocked against the hallway wall and such the entire room would shake like an Earthquake. You know, I made it through, it didnt ruin my trip but it was extremely loud until about 1AM and then 7AM to about 9. To be fair I was close to the elevator which had a lot to do with the noise in terms of talking as the elevator was very slow and people hung out there for a few minutes chatting but the worst was the door closings. I mean, like bus had hit the building sometimes. Overall, maybe on a weeknight, ask for a room away from the elevator, and if the price is right I would recommend this place for solo or young travelers who are tired of hostels but still have a budget. It is very clean and newly remodeled so if you think you can take the noise go for it.

Séjour d'agrément , en couple , pour 3 nuits . Personnel efficace et professionnel ( accueil et service petit déj' # . Chambres propres mais assez vieillotes : très insuffisamment insonorisées à cause des portes et fenêtres , surchauffées et sans réglage possible , TV anciennes , SDB inégalement équipées . Initialement en ch. 208 , nous avons rencontré des pb avec l'eau : pas d'eau FROIDE , douche brûlante ; pb règlé en changeant de chambre au cours du séjour ; la nouvelle ch. 120 , plus calme # côté jardin# a présenté un nouveau pb : les 2 lampes de chevet ont rendu l'âme en cours de soirée ! ! Prix attractif le week end , mais très excessif en semaine vu la qualité des chambres ...

+ free simple breakfast + free wifi!!! + lovely old building + safe area, afew nearby restaurants, convenient stores + good hotel considering price of $114 Very simple accomadations. Small tv, did not seem to have heat or ac, interiors somewhat worn.

ab 3 Uhr morgens wird in der Küche fleißig gearbeitet, ohne Rücksicht auf die Lautstärke => die Nachtruhe ist also früh vorbei; die Küchenabluft fand immer den direkten Weg in unser Zimmer; keine eigenen Parkplätze und rings umher muss ab 9Uhr kräftig bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück reicht, die Auswahl ist allerdings nicht groß. Von Vorteil ist die zentrale Lage, man kann die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Der hohe Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung.

Good hotel for sleeping. Good location. Poor breakfast. Nice personnel.
