Sheraton Brussels Hotel

très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse, piscine et sauna agréable emplacement près du centre ville salle de bain un peu triste qui aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune,

Séjour trop court pour l'apprécié , super hôtel confortable sur tout les points .. et un accueil chaleureux

Booked or final night at this hotel as a treat to end our stay in Brussels. Big let down. We had just been in a wonderful aparthotel - much cleaner, better amenities - and half the price of the Sheraton. The Sheraton reception were offhand and unhelpful at check-in and we found out later they had entered our name incorrectly to the system which caused later problems. The room was tired and needing a freshen up, although provided tea/coffee no milk or creamer was provided, and they even placed the kettle, cups etc in the bathroom right next to the toilet - just weird!. The location is OK but as you step out of the hotel you are in a wind tunnel the area feels barren and like a business district - certainly not beautiful. Stay elsewhere and you will get better value for your money.

I thought that a four star hotel will actually provide good customer service, but I was wrong. There was dirty socks in our room when we checked in, no shampoo or shower gel, only conditioner and lotion. There were no coffee as well, only decaf.... there were no milk or cream. When we told the staff, they only gave excuses like we are trying really hard to get it clean by three and blah blah blah. We checked in at half three... it should have been ready.... Also, location wasnt as good as I thought it would be. Anyway, AWFUL experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never stay in a Sheraton ever again.

This staff was very professional and was very helpful on providing touring information. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the Grand Place. The metro station is within 10 feet of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Super sejour au Sheraton. Nous avions choisi cet hotel sans connaitre Bruxelles, et il s'est avere que l'hotel est tres bien situe. Pratique a rejoindre depuis la gare d'arrivee des Thalys, et a cote des lignes principales de metro qui desservent tous les quartiers sympa de la ville. L'hotel en lui meme : tres bon accueil par le personnel. Bonne surprise avec un petit dejeuner a 15euros sous forme de buffet et qui est servi de 7h00 a 14h30. Chambre grande et confortable. Plutot bien insonorise. Bref, un super sejour!

Un tres grand hôtel, personnel agréable et discret.. personnel a la réception très compétent . ( Leila s'est occupe de notre check-in . Un petit déjeuner très tardif jusque 14h30 le dimanche, de plus très copieux .
