JW Marriott Hotel Quito

This Marriott hotel lives up to 4 star standards except for the internet which has been very disappointing. I had to keep signing on and often with difficulty, and whether or not it is included or if you are paying the $14.99 daily fee, only two items can be used which was a problem since I had a computer, iPad, and iPhone. A hotel of this quality should have the internet included in the price of the room so it will eliminate any problems.

My suite was beautiful and the huge bath allowed me to scrub the ingrained dirt off.

We got to the hotel and the receptionist told us that our room did not include the two breakfasts that I had paid for with this company. The paper work that I had printed off with the details from my booking did not have that specified, either, so they did not want to honor this. Then they took us up to our room, which was not cleaned at all. Someone must have just checked out of that room. Both beds were not made, towels everywhere on the floor, dead roses in a vase, etc. They did give us a different room, but it wasn't as nice and it didn't have the view that the first room had. Our last morning at the hotel we decided to eat breakfast there and they said that two of the breakfasts were included. This made us angry, because we had gone out the other two mornings because of what the receptionist had told us when we checked in. We complained at the front desk and they asked us to forgive them and they would deal with the lady who had checked us into the hotel, but couldn't refund our money because we had paid upfront with this company.

hotel staffs were very unfriendly. especially some receptionists. I had a problem with my TV. I had to chanfge the room few times because heater was not working properly. and I got sick. location is pretty good. but taxi from this hotel charge triple price than taxi from other hotel.

Stayed in Quito for a day layover in JW Marriot-after Machu Picchu and Galapagos Islands. Junior suite with adjoining room....great for a family. Beautiful pool, great restaurants. Spa-descent treatments and facial. Wonderful place to spend a day or two! CA USA

The staff was really helpful and well trained. The hotel was beautiful with sparkling clean beds and bathrooms. The food is excellent and the executive club is complete and the people there are helpful. Beautiful pools that are warm enough to swim all year. Location is terrific and the manager is like none other I have spoken with. Wonderful experience and worth the money.

We went to Quito for the Jonas Brother concert, eventough the hotel was full, the staff was very friendly, always making you feel at home.

Wonderful. Polite and helpful staff. Gorgeous rooms, great location. Couldn't be better.

Have stayed at many hotels and resorts across the Globe (N-America, S-America, Far East and Europe). I've experienced mediocre hotels, good hotels and great hotels. Marriott has always impressed me and the Quito Marriott was among the top so far! Had a great room, great service and great staff to make our stay absolutely memorable! Highly recommended if you are in Quito on business or tourism!!!

Excelent..since I travel mostly for business, I need a more detailed reciept of my package purchase for my expense voucher..
