Hyvää palvelua ja sijaiainti niin erinomainen, ettei se nyt paljoa haitannut, kun halusimme mennä panoramarestaurantiin 26. kerrokseen ihailemaan maisemia, vaikka meille vaan toitotettiin, että this is restaurang, restaurang, kun halusimme vain saada kylämät kaljat ja ihastella maisemia. I was incredibly disappointed with this hotel. There is no way on earth that this is a 4 star hotel., and this isn't just me being picky. I have been in better looking sheds. The room is old fashioned, shabby, souless, small, dirty, hadnt been cleaned properly. When you turn on the tap it runs brown for a few minutes. There are zero amenities at this hotel. The location is good though you can hear the traffic from your room. The staff were very helpful to be fair to them. This hotel would probably suffice for a stag party but for a couples holiday this could be a fatal move!

hôtel vieillissant mais très bien situé. Proche de la plage, du centre ville, de l’Esplanade, des restaurants et des sites (château, quartier Santa Cruz...). Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec salon indépendant, la literie est bonne et le personnel courtois.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach, old city and port. Very easy to commute to other beaches and other attractions. The hotel itself is nice, but needs some updating. Rooms are old and not up to 4 star standards.

Upgraded to superior room..well worth it. Beautiful room with a fabulous view of the city & beach. Great location & free wi-fi available. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good central location and very helpful Reception Staff.Servicing of rooms of good standard.Decor a bit old fashioned but not a problem.However air conditioning unit rickety and in common with many Spanish hotels breakfast food bland and processed.

The rooms are old. The aircon is of the old model, ie BOX in a hole. And that is the main BAD point, Otherwise, room is liveb-able. But definitely not a 4 star. I wont rank it more than 3, and not even a 3.5.

When we entered our room we were awe struck by the view. Right across the street from the Mediterean, next door to a centries old castle and the beach.

The location is excellent and enjoyed harbor views from the 20th floor. Breakfast was comprehensive - although the room furniture could do with some update.
