Castillo San Jorge-Antigua and Suites Fuerteventura

Just returned from a 2 week stay, we were given a room in the San Jorge Building room 1105 self catering, it was a large apartment on the corner with a rap around balcony with a partial sea view and that was the best of it, the room was dirty, not even a bath mat in the bathroom, it was under equipped for self catering and very cold. the sun only hit part of the balcony to the front and nothing to the side. Managed to get a room change after 5 days. The 2nd room was in the Antigua building 2205, the apartment was smaller with a street view but it was clean, warmer it was like you were in a completely different hotel. It seems the buildings have completely different standards with the San Jorge being very low. Dont think I will be going back

La plupart des chambres ont vue sur la mer contre un supplément de € 15, à préciser svp. Une seule personne à la réception était désagréable. Les plaques de cuisson étaient incapables de porter l'eau à ébullition. La TV ne fonctionnait pas et la télécommande manquait; il a été possible d'en obtenir une contre un dépôt de € 10, qui n'est pas automatiquement rétrocédé lors du départ et que j'ai oublié de réclamer en partant. Aucun sèche-cheveux dans l'appartement, ni à la réception qui a dû en acheter un le lendemain. Je suis devenu tueur de cafards, malgré la bombe insecticide mise à disposition. Je passe sous silence quelques détails.

Good location, close to airport but ideal to hire a rental car. Bus does leave on a regular basis throughout the day from outside the hotel and services most parts of the island. Good customer service, staff speak English.

The hotel is very good. Big camera, big bed, very clean. If you have children there are many actraction to do, and in the night there are many show.
