es un hotel que esta muy ubicado
es un hotel que esta muy ubicado no hace falta ir en medio de transporte para conocer los alrededores de madrid. tambien opino que la puerta de entrada habia que mejorarla porque esta un poco dura. otra cosa importante que esta de moda es tener spa, para tener un poco de relax, tal como esta hoy en dia el estres. por lo demas bien aconsejaria que se alojen. volveria a ir.

Great Hotel
It's a very good hotel. A little bit old, but in a very good shape. The location is very good. It's in a central location and to be closer to the subway the it is, just being inside the subway... The only thing to consider is that together with some very good bars are some scort girls all the time in the streets in front of the hotel. If it doesn't bother you (it wasn't a problem for me) then this is a perfect hotel.

If you're going to Madrid do not forget to spare one or 2 days to know Toledo. A really amazing city.

Very close to shops and the metro, as matter of fact right out of metro station. very convenient. walking distance to theaters, shops, restaurants. Busy area, lot of things to see.

Great place to stay
Staff was great. Room was little but nice. Need more soap! Great elevators. Food was ok. Great location at la Gran Via. Pick up for visiting Toledo was fantastic. Would like to go back to see more of Madrid. Issue with robbers tried to take my husbands wallet. Nothing happened but was scary. Climate was pretty cool. Next time I will need other clothing. .

Hotel was adequate to below standards. Air conditioner not working first night-very hot and uncomfortable-staff did not fix it until next day. Centrally located on Gran Via within walking distance of shops and restaurants-but you cannot drive up to the hotel to drop off luggage. you have to drive around one-way streets to pull up to the side street which is a prostitute/hooker corner. Their "bosses" and "customers" are also there 24/7. Not a good impression and not a feeling of safety. Personally I do not recommend this hotel environment.
