Great Business Hotel
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the hotel for work. I always enjoyed the breakfast choices, the rooms are always clean and the staff very nice and courteous. The only thing I had a problem with this time was the room next door apparently had a party or something - and even when it was past midnight, they still carried on. It took a couple of calls to get them to quiet down, but the hotel staff was very polite and helpful in getting it resolved.

Relaxing business hotel
I enjoy staying at this hotel because of the convenience and proximity to the office as well as malls and restaurants. The lobby is clean and the personnel very polite and helpful. The food is good enough, breakfast is a buffet which has a lot of selections. It is a favorite place to stay of mine when I'm there for business - it's quiet, clean and convenient. Nothing special with spas or pools though - I believe it is in another hotel - and being a hotel in the middle of the city, there is nothing really special about the views. All in all a pretty functional, nice business hotel.

Excellent Hotel the price is affordable
The hotel is centrally located, quiet, the staff are very friendly and courteous. Crowne Plaza Hotel is now my choice hotel whenever I go to the Philippines.

Very comfortable
My first trip to Manilla went smoother thanks to the experience at crowne plaza. The room was very comfortable and I felt at ease in the hands of the staff. The extra stuff like breakfast and internet were expensive but not unexpected and was out weighed by the quality of the room. Great bed and even better bathroom!!
