Great location
Hotel was in a perfect location near Victoria Harbour. Stary ferry was just a block away. Shopping was also right around the block. I would prefer a hotel that has more to offer. example The Shangri La. The price was what made us decide to stay at the Langham.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, would stay here again. Very helpful staff, we arrived around 10am and they found a room for us and even upgraded us, great value for a 5 star hotel.

Langham was a great choice
Great location, perfect for quick access to MTR and Star Ferry. Great locn for shopping including Nathan Street and Harbour shopping center, while close access to distinct and interesting Kowloon market areas. Good hotel service- particularly helpful providing changing (health club) facilities long after checkout so we could shower up after our checkout, and be ready for a redeye out of Hong Kong. Great concierge service, really helpful and I would recommend using them. Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Only setback, no views from this hotel. Overall we felt we would stay again at this hotel, for comfort superb location and good dine-in facilities (which are not however inexpensive), easy access to Kowloon markets. Overall great stay!

Excellent location and service.
Excellent location and service. The hotel is located right next to Harbourcity Shopping Centre which is excellent. I found the staff to be extreamly helpful. If I was visiting Hong Kong again I would definitely choose this hotel.

Nice clean hotel, perfect if you
Nice clean hotel, perfect if you travel on yr own or with your family. Nice quiet relaxing and cozy lobby, perfect to wind down after a day out or your work. Rooms (renovated) ones are more then good as you can expect. Great snack food in the lobby, good restaurants inside the hotel and high end shopping street is litterally one step outside the hotel. Staff all very focussed on giving best service, can match easily with top of the range hotels in HKG. Pity that hotels like this still charge silly money for use of internet, which in my opinion should be free of charge. We spend enough during our stay.
