The Radiant Hotel and Spa

If you are a single person going to stay in this hotel don't. they try to make friends with you because they think your rich. also on my 1st night got invited to there homes. i did not go. i had to change my room because the lady in the dining room keep calling my room. Then showed up there as well. Than I got moved to a new room then a New hotel because it got so bad. I stayed there 4/19- 4/23/2013 just recently. I'm writing this while I'm in the room. The room door dose not close well a lot of bugs. Make sure you ask for a print out for everything they will try and get you for your money. There english is okay. Room okay they do clean it up and it smells nice. Wi-Fi sucks keep kicking you off. I was in room 218 like in the front so you can hear every car that comes throw. But quite. If you have to eat in the dining make sure they charge it to your room.DONT PAY THEM. There is no restaurants near un less you take the. "Free shuttle" get drop off at 10am and pick up at 1400pm. Anytime after that u have to find your own way back. The mall has a beach behind it was pretty cool. The messages were good to. If you stay here just beware of your surroundings. Make sure you get the breakfast tickets as well it helps. The pools are okay just really warm. They try to be nice just a few bad seeds in the bunch but you can find something better then this place. The bed was fine. Food was okay. If you stay here charge everything to your room. Or you will be sorry. There are no night clubs around or money exchange you have to walk far and be harassed by all the taxis.

The radiant is the perfect place to be spending your holiday. The staff is friendly, great garden and swimmingpools, great breakfast and very up to date furnishing. It is stylish and very quiet. The only shame was that the prices in the restaurant and bar were a bit steap. The road to the hotel ain't to good either but you can't fault them on it. Will be returning here for sure!

it's nice to stay in here..

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly stuff. Overall, we liked it. The only thing is that it was very noisy at around 1-2 AM ... maybe it was just the unfortunate location of our room (212), but the noise of people laughing and talking was waking us up in the middle of the night.

El hotel bonito y confortable. Las habitaciones estan limpias y la gente que trabaja en él es educada y amable. La localización esta un poco alejado del centro de kuta, a unos 10 min en taxi, pero merece la pena, ya que en kuta hay demasiado ruido, contaminación y suciedad. En general estamos muy contentos de nuestra elección

Stayed at the Radiant on our first and last day of our trip and it was great. Close to the airport and shops. Only difficulty was that drivers often didn't know where the place was and we had to ensure we had the address with us to get back to the hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful. Staff very kindly changed our room from upstairs to ground floor on our arrival as I don't do stairs well. Would recommend to couples and groups. Cannot comment on services for children.

The hotel was quite inaccessible. As this hotel was quite new, they are still doing some construction work and the spa and massage are not ready yet. They do not have mini-fridge nor hot flask. The buffet breakfast has very limited choices. The room is very spacious, but our toilet tends to flood after showering.

服務員的英文能力不好，有聽沒有懂。 飯店內的食物非常陽春，不過，因為價格不高，還可以接受。 提供到Kuta Beach的接駁服務，還不錯，雖然只有10分鐘不到的車程。

Front office staff does not seem to be knowledgeable but they were very polite and friendly. Room aircon was not cold enough to the point where sleeping at night was rather uncomfortable. Probably it was only the room where I stayed because it was a corner room and the walls are exposed to the blazing sun. Banquet staff supervisor handling breakfast should be replaced. Unpleasant and did not bother to make any effort to fix the toaster that breaks down everyday. Breakfast itself was very basic and without the toaster, it is best to skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere. Hotel was quiet with a nice pool. Good for guests who would want to escape the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Overall, would recommend.
