White Rose Bali Hotels and Villas

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja myös taksit löytävät 'memorial wall' maamerkin avulla. Iso puutarha ja uima-allasalue olivat todella rauhoittavat ostoskatujen hälinän jälkeen. Erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Hotellialueella miellyttävä Spa, jonka hinta-laatu-suhde hyvä. Kuntosali oli kiva lisä, joskin osa laitteista epäkunnossa. Runsas aamiainen oli hintansa arvoinen.

Ein Spitzenhotel mit tollem Frühstücks-Buffet, das auch noch täglich wechselt. Es hat einen idyllischem und riesigen Gartenbereich. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und es gibt auch ein Kinderbecken. Unser Zimmer war nicht neu, aber alles ist in gebrauchsfähigem Zustand. Viele Gäste, die uns aufgefallen sind, stammen aus Australien und sind um 20-30. Nachts ab 23h bis 3h morgens konnte man die Bässe irgendwo aus der Nachbarschaft "wummern" hören - trotz verschlossenen Türen und Fenstern. Für Nachtaktiv sicher kein Hindernis; für Familien mit Kindern schon blöd. Zum Kuta-Strand sind wir gut 20 min gegangen - ab 10h gab es 3x ein gratis Shuttle zum Kuta-Beach. Wenn man die Lane Poppies 2 geht, am Griechen rechts runter, so kann man viele nervige Geschäfte mit Verkäufern vermeiden. Richtig schlimm sind all die Verkäufer am Kuta-Beach, wo man fast im Minuten-Takt etwas angeboten bekommt. Wirklich jeder Baum ist mit einem Getränkeverkauf, Surfbrett/-Verleih belegt. Das will wirklich niemand und wir sind lieber weit Richtung Norden zum Legian oder besser Seminyak gelaufen oder per Taxi. Im Meer treibt eine Menge Verpackungsmüll, der auch angeschwemmt wird. An den Straßenmündungen läuft übel riechendes Kanalwasser ins Meer. Bali hat ein echtes Problem.

Either the booking agent or the Hotel have a low moral standard to keep up with, Mother, Daughter (18) and step Father together in one room, maybe me not reading the small print until arrival at the Hotel. Maintenance/room renovation is ongoing, Pool clean, room clean but cramped with a double bed and a single bed, Breakfast covers almost every thing. Little or no advice on where to go or what to do on Bali, if You are going here best do a little research on what You want to do, plenty of diving and surfing if that is what You like, beach 5-10 minutes walk depending on the walking speed.

Hard to believe so close to the party crowds, clubs, Jalan Legian, yet a quiet garden like oasis in the middle of everything. The hotel is a clean, secure place with all the basic amenities of 3-4 star hotels, but furnishing are basic. It is comfortable and enjoyable place to stay with a choice of peace and quiet or noise and party separated by just 150 yards. I rented a car from the travel desk. The driver/guide named MADE SUTAMA was an exceptionally helpful, friendly and well mannered person.

This was our first time to Bali so were a little unsure when choosing a hotel, but White Rose was fantastic. Service was great, rooms were cleaned daily, and the buffet breakfast had a huge variety. Its situated down a little alleyway off JL Legian which we liked as the hotel was kept quiet at night - you wouldn't think you were in the center of everything. Would stay there again.

Getting old and could do with freshing up, but it's clean and the staff are great.

I only spent a few nights at the White Rose but location, setting service and accomodation was excellent. Loafing by the pool was relaxing and the food was also good. Central to everything in Kuta beach, shopping, dining even the young loud Australian party boys had a time limit. Great studd would highly recommend to all my friends

Great location, just far enough off Jalang Legian to be away from the noise of the late night revellers but close to the action if you want it. Lovely grounds, nice pool, good value

Absolutely loved my time at the white rose, the staff were friendly and efficent, the pool set up was great, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Plus this is so close to town so everything was just within walking distance...highly recommend anyone to stay here.

A great little hotel tucked away just off JL Legian. Was impressed with the presentation of the hotel compared to other hotels in the area in this price range. Staff were friendly as is the case in most areas of Bali and nothing seemed to much trouble.
