Hôtel offrant un grand confort, tant en services (sauna, piscine, salle de sports...) restauration, bar et un accueil trés chaleureux, seul petit point noir mais cela est général en Irlande pas d'échange en Français

Receptionist on arrival was very welcoming but other staff on reception were not as friendly or helpful. Leisure centre hot tub lovely. Humming sound in the room from heating/a/c a bit annoying when trying to sleep. Bathroom toiletories very sparce.

The place reminded me of one of the large motor hotels you see along the highways in the States. It was okay, but there was nothing exceptional about it. We ended up there because all the hotels in town were full because of the Volvo Ocean Race festival. It's too far from town for people without cars. The local bus service is ideosyncratic at best (that's an understatement). Taxis are okay, but can get expensive. We spoke with other American tourists who had better experiences at the Galway B&B's. One last comment, on the live music in the bar. One of the duet was over-amplified and drowned out the other. And covers of Cat Stevens, Johnny Cash and Hank Williams were not quite what we were expecting.

We had a fine stay, but this has so much potential to be better. We don't have any complaints other than I think they are short-staffed. We had to wait a while for service in the restaurant and the front desk person had to perform multi-functions. It was somewhat out of town in Galway- we took the bus for 1.80 euro and this worked out great because we would NOT want to drive in the heart of Galway! It only took about 10-15minutes to get into the city. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel. I think the rooms need some artwork. The walls were just very bare. Positive note- the bed slept great! The pool and workout room were fine, but it was an actual club for the community- so it was very crowded. You have to have a cap to swim in the swimming pool, and the workout room was quite smelly since it was so crowded with sweaty people. Overall, this was a fine stay. It seems that the hotel is trying to be a super nice hotel, but it's just a middle of the line hotel. It was clean and people were nice. Just don't expect anything super fancy.

Great modern and elegant spa hotel.We stayed one night and our room had a seaview which we did not expect. We would recommend the hotel for short and long stay .We had a car and drove to the centre but we were told that there was a bus service connecting the hotel with the city center. Would stay there again.

good facilities, although did not get to use the swimming pool or outside hot tub. Looked very inviting though!

En ayant payé 49 euros la chambre au lieu de 190 euros (240 euros en juillet et août)c'est un très bon prix, mais le prix même de 190 euros est excessif je trouve. C'est un hôtel luueux, que je n'aurais pas pu me payer autrement. C'était très agréable, bien mieux qu'un BB, mais nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, nous avons pu déjeuner dans la chambre grâce à la bouilloire et aux thés, cafés, sucre, lait, à disposition, il suffisait d'avoir du pain, de la confiture et quelques fruits, et c'était parfait. On avait dans cette chambre une table avec deux fauteuils, parfait pour y déjeuner ou manger un repas froid, les restaurants en Irlande sont très chers et vraiment pas bons. Nous avons bénéficié d'une grande chambre avec une belle salle de bains avec baignoire. L'hôtel est bien placé pour rayonner autour de Galway, loin du centre, mais près de la plage de Sathill. Il faut avoir une voiture pour aller au centre ville ou bien marcher environ une demi heure.
