General
The hotel also features a well-appointed conference room that can accommodate up to 12 delegates and caters to your important business events. Guests travelling on official matters can make use of the ample parking space available at the premises.
We have our own underground car park which is FREE of charge to our guests. If on the odd occasion it is full, there are plenty of NCP car parks within easy walking distance.

Where's the heat?
I probably should have asked but neither could I find heater controls (room was very cold, and only climate control appeared to be AC) nor a fan for the bath. Mirrors got very steamed up. Also, this power shower did produce much power. On the plus side, the duvet was very warm and comfy.

Good location- 10min walk from BIC. Clean spacious room and nice clean bathroom. Breakfast is indeed poor with limited variety, but tasty. Arrived at 1300 and was told that room would not be ready till 1400. However our receptionist surprised us and got this sorted in 30min- thank you!

This had to be one of the best
This had to be one of the best stays in Bournemouth. The hotel is in just the right place. The staff bent over backwards to help and always with a smile.

Breakfast was Lovely and location
Breakfast was Lovely and location very good. Only bad point is we arrived at 1 'o clock after a long journey and the Reception would not allow us to check in as they don't do check in's before 2pm. I asked if we could at least do the paper work now as we going out and we will leave our luuggage in the car, we don't actually need to go into the room now. She advised she could not, we will have to take a seat and wait till 2pm. I felt this was very unhelpful as most Hotels would not have a problem checking you in provided the room was available.
