Family with an infant

We asked for a bed Cot in advanced,but when we arrived they said that it is not available. However, we made a complain and the manager sorted out finally. The reception asked us about convient time for dinner and we chose the late available time but when we were there even earlier than that time, most food were ran out or it was cold. The breakfast was excellent. The mattress was so soft that I got backache in the morning. The floor was so noisy that we didn't dare to walk in the room after the baby slept! The location was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly.
