Pembridge Palace Hotel

Many things in the room were broken or in bad condition: toilet seat, door handle, lift... No proper instructions where to go in the case of fire. We could not find stairs. Hotel was very noisy - could not sleep. Location was ok but it was very hard to find hotel. Breakfast was eatable but not good. We did not find hotel staff friendly.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, was in London normal ist. Die Lage ist schön und eher ruhig. Preis/Leistung ist gut. Das Frühstück war für englische Verhältnisse gut. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten! Frühstück dürfte etwas reichhaltiger sein, ansonsten alles bestens.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ideal, rundherum erreicht man alles in 5 Minuten. Hat eine kleine Einkaufsstrasse mit vielen Ess- und Trinkmöglichkeiten sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die U-Bahn ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel selber würde ich als eher schwach bezeichnen, das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich, eher gleichgültig und die Ausstattung sehr minim. Das Wlan funktionierte gar nicht, wie auch der Fernseher immer wieder Empfangsprobleme hatte. Im Grunde wäre das Hotel an sich für Leute die wie wir wirklich nur zum schlafen da waren ok, doch für Leute die sich mal erholen wollen durch dem Tag ungeeignet. Die Zimmer sind enorm klein und die Wände extrem hellhörig.

Waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende da. Angebot und Lage waren top, auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Frühstück auf Grund des kleinen Raumes sehr caotisch...wenn das Hotel wie bei uns voll belegt ist (Plätze reichen trotz Zeitstaffelung nicht aus, längere Wartezeiten).

Små rum med ok standard, ät frukost tidigt annars kan det bli trångt. Onödigt med depositionsavgiften på 40 pund.

the rooms are small and not clean. Staff is okay. In front of the house is a bus station. The bus takes you directly to Picadilly Circus.

Probably one of the few places in London that does not have free wifi. They advertise they have high speed Internet on the website however they never mention that we have to pay for it until we get to the hotel. Breakfast was really great. TV doesn't work and the most weirdest shower mechanism. Took to 10 mind to stop the shower.

While the staff was friendly and very assisting, the room itself was rather small, practically the same of the bed itself (i had 2 beds in the room) which only left me the space to move between them. The more "annoying" problem was that i could hear all the noise from the rooms next to me and from the corridor. For a short stay, it's good mostly due to the location of the hotel which is very central.

Très agréablement surpris. Vu le prix, je craignais le pire. Pas du tout. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, et le personnel à l'écoute. Rien à redire. Et prêt à y retourner.
