- Please note between the hours of 7am and 6.30pm a traffic restriction on the High is enforced. From the city cent-re the hotel is situated half way down the High Street opposite St Marys Church (the University Church) and Catte Street. The hotel is the most centrally located in the city between famous colleges Merton, All Souls, University and Oriel and within minutes of the best of Oxfords shopping, theaters, galleries, libraries and gardens. The hotel has a large secure private car park which provides up to 40 spaces for hotel guests and is accessed via an automated barrier.

- Accessed from the High Street and through a glass lobby, Quod brasserie with its terrace and bar, forms the hub of the Old Bank Hotel. Formerly a banking hall it was transformed by owner Jeremy Mogford to become Oxfords largest and most successful restaurant. Stylish, contemporary design describes the space which houses an amazing collection of young British art. Sandra Blow, Craigie Aitchinson and Gary Hume adorn the walls. There is a spectacular heated terrace where diners can enjoy a morning coffee, the superb value 2 course lunch or a cocktail. There is live jazz every Sunday and Quod restaurant offers the rare luxury of a restaurant with free parking in the middle of the city.
