Aurelia Antica Suites and Apartments

Trés bon accueil, personel sympatique. Les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. Un peu loin du centre mais arrêt de bus à proximité. A recommander.

Sehr gutes Mittelklasse-Hotel mit ruhiger Lage in gepflegter Park-Anlage. Sehr gute Busanbindung -direkt vor dem Haus- zum Vatikan (Linien 98 und 881 im ca. 5 - 10 Minuten-Takt) sowie zur Metro-Station Cornelia (Linie 889 im ca. 20 Minuten-Takt). Wir erhielten im Rahmen unserer Zimmerbuchung für 2 Personen eine Appartement-Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen; sehr positiv war für uns die Möglichkeit zur Kühlschrank-Benutzung. Frühstück in vielfältiger Auswahl: Kaffee-/Kakao-/Tee-Automat ; 3 Brotsorten ; Müsli ; Marmeladen u. Honig ; Schmelzkäse ; Joghurt ; Obstsalat ; frisches Kaffee-Gebäck. Hotel-Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Sprache jedoch nur italienisch und englisch).

Great hotel, excellent customer service and with easy reach of central Rome n Vatican.

Hotel is located close to bus routes which take you right next to the vatican. Room was nothing special and the second bed was a fold out couch. AirCon was turned off to the room and the pool was closed for the season even though the temperature was still up in the 30s, very annoying after trecking through the city for the entire day. Hotel staff were more than helpful and assisted greatly with all enquiries.

We miss any type of fan after midnight!!. They turned off the air during the nights and we had 95 degrees: it was worst!!

Room was neat and tidy, but the facilities in the hotel were few. Breakfast was good however. Location wise, it is a bit out of the way at a fifteen minute walk from Cornelia Station, but overall, good value.

Hotel was in a nice park area but to far out of town. You have to take a taxi to get into town. The hotel room was large and comfortable but no air conditioning it as 85 degrees and they could not turn it on yet. Staff was a little aloof but sort of helpful. Breakfast was OK but not the best we've had while traveling. You need to have an electrical adapter.

Good place to stay really. We was 3. We booked one room. Bed was comfortable the sofabed no, room clean and roomy enough, service good. If you don't mind taking the bus and Metro, you can do pretty well at this hotel by saving a few bucks on the room (you may need the extra money due to the pitiful value of the dollar against the Euro). Actually, the bus ride to the subway is less than a mile and they run frequently. Was a pretty good way to get around and get a sense of how people really live and travel in Rome. There are rwo restaurants within walking distance which we found to be good choices for evening meals. There is also the Crown Plaza Hotel next door which has a restaurant, casual dining room, and a bar. Except for no internet at all or no air conditioning for the season, I thought this was a good choice given the size of our group and our budget. Everyone had a good time.

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the major attractions, although fairly close to Vatican City by bus (15 minutes). I had no trouble with the buses, they seemed to run every 10-15 minutes. It is clean and rather spacious, however there isnt much to do in the area. there is no internet whatsoever in the hotel, and they will refer you to the adjacent crowne plaza hotel for both internet use and a restaurant. while the price is right here, i might suggest checking out prices at the crowne plaza, as it had more ammenities as well as a complimentary bus into the city center for guests, which i would have appreciated.

Im visiting Vatican city.Its a good location, not too far from the center. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - good, but they need a restaurant.
