Eurostars Roma Aeterna Hotel

Uusi, erittäin siisti hotelli, joskin vähän kolkko. Huone yllättävän suuri. Sijainti Roomassa huono (alue ei ollut tyydyttävä, kaukana keskustasta, bussimatka epämiellyttävä). Henkilökunta nuorta, ei useinkaan taidoissaan parhaalla mahdollisella tasolla. Hotelli ilmoitti ilmaisesta WiFi:stä. Sellainen kyllä oli, mutta se oli niin toivottoman hidas, ettei sitä viitsinyt käyttää, kun joutui odottelemaan yhteyden saamista 15 minuuttia. ebookersin kautta hinta oli yllättävän edullinen.

Erittäin viihtyisä hotelli, jonka hinta-laatu- suhde kohdillaan. Oli mukava heittäytyä kylpyhuoneen poreammeeseen pitkien kaupungilla käveltyjen päivien jälkeen. Keskustaan kävelee hotellilta noin 20-30min, joten etäisyys kohtuullinen. Hotellin ravintolan tasosta ei tietoa, koska emme syöneet siellä kertaakaan.

Very bad location, not feel safe in neighbourhood. Not walkable to the main attractions in Rome. Are begiining of the trip was spent near Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere, including Vatican City. We stayed in very old hotels that were much better shape than this brand new one. New ammenities but very poor quality, loose faucet, exposed wire on hair dryer, construction overhead.

Preis Leistung sehr schlecht! Teuer, Personal sehr unfreundlich, an schlechter Lage! Umgebung von Hotel am Abend viele Betrunkene und Randständige!

hôtel éloigné du centre, avec le bus n°81 qui passe aléatoirement et un bus n°125 qui est régulier mais toujours bondé!! aucun métro a proximité personnel sympathique (seule 1 personne parlait français)

The hotel is new, and is very modern and clean. However, I think it is still working out some opening glitches. The staff weren't terribly helpful - we needed to prompt them to get them to give us any information, and for a while they lost our suitcases. They were nice, it was just like they had not gotten it all together yet. It's also not terribly close to the center of Rome, you need to take a bus to the metro station to get anywhere (or a 25 euro taxi to Termini Station). For the very discounted rate, it was worth it, but it probably would not be worth it to come back for us at the regular price.

My husband and I had only one night to stay in Rome, and this was the perfect choice for a hotel. The hotel is new, comfortable, conveniently located, stylishly designed and has helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again. We needed a place that was close to the Termini train station, so this hotel was a good choice. When we first got there, we walked from the train station to the hotel and it took us around 30 mins (would not recommend walking, especially with luggage) but on the way back we took a cab and it only took around 15 minutes and cost 12 euros. There's also a really convenient bus that stops close to the hotel, which easily transfers to the train and metro stations, so even though the hotel is not in the very center, it's still convenient (with the bus/metro it took us 2 euros and 20 minutes to get to Vatican City). (Helpful tip: a bus/metro ticket costs 1 euro, is valid for like an hour after you activate it, and works on both the bus and metro, so if you need to transfer from one to the other, you can use the same ticket for both)Also, breakfast wasn't included in the reservation we made on [...], so if we wanted it at the hotel, it was 12 euros per person. We decided it wasn't worth it and just got a coffee and croissant at a cafe.Bottom line: This hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located and very comfortable.

We were some of their inital customers in their Rome opening so they were still getting a lot of things worked out. But it is a beautiful hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. We had a huge balcony that overlooked an area where restaurants/bars opened at night. We loved eating there....better food than some of the tourest traps in the center of Rome. Great Bus access and not far from the trains and metro.

The staff was friendly. The room was good -- it was neat & clean.
