Palladium Palace Hotel Rome

Siisti hotelli ja huone, jossa kaikki oli kunnossa. Hyvä palvelu ja huoneen hintaan sisältyneellä aamiaisella pärjäsi pitkään. Sijainti keskusrautieaseman lähellä mahdollisti metron ja bussien monipuolisen käytön ja näin kätevän pääsyn kaupungin eri puolille. Mikään rauhallinen iltakävelyalue aseman tienoo ei tosin ollut, vaan iltariennoillekin lähti mieluummin muualle. Koska ihmisiä liikkui aseman tienoolla paljon vielä myöhään illallakin, turvattomuutta ei kuitenkaan joutunut tuntemaan, vaikka asemalla liikkui epämääräisen oloista porukkaa. .

Very nice, comfortable room in a great location (right near the train station) with a nice breakfast. The room description was misleading and made it seem that wifi was included, which it is not.

We had paid for Internet use. This should be free of charges. Breakfast are good for us. Location is convenient. I like overall services.

Good hotel, good location but the room was very dark.

Hotel itself was great. very clean, good location and good breakfast. But when we arrived there was a problem with the booking, I had booked two rooms. one for me and my fiance and one for my over 65 parents. Not a single member of staff explained to me what the issue was. They just kept saying wait a minute! they then took me alone in to a little office with two talking to each other in italian,still not sure what the problem was. It eventually transpired that there was no record of me having booked a room with them. I had the confirmation print out and a good job I did as they would have not believed me otherwise. This wasted over an hour of our time. Eventually they said the rooms would not be ready for two more hours and we could go out and collect keys when i came back but i would have to leave my passports. I said I needed them as i dont like to trust anyone with them. Good job too as they gave me four passports that weren't ours at first. So god know where they wouldve ended up! After being forced to make my parents get dressed and suncreamed in a toilet! as they would even let us use a spare room for five minutes! we went out. On trying to get on the metro i discovered one line was shut for a month for maintance, something i would expect a hotel to tell you? mind you we never even got a welcome. On returning to the hotel a few hours later the staff had all changed and nobody knew what i was talking about. Eventually i got two room keys. some 6 hours after arriving. and even then had to ask the man behind reception where the lift was as there was no attempt to explain where our rooms even were! again something I would expect from any deeent hotel? unfortunately the staff let a good hotel down.

L'hotel est citué à coté de la gare termini de rome ou il y a train, métro, pour pouvoir visiter rome très facilement, et se rendre a l'aéroport de fiumicino. ou a le mer. l'hotel est citué dans une rue commerçante ou vous pouvez trouver restaurant, magasin etc.. l'hotel par lui meme a un bon comfort, le personnel dans l'ensemble agréable sauf une personne très désagréable meme pas un bonjour quand vous rentrez !!! Petit déjeuner très copieux . tout ceci est le coté positif. mais il y a du négatif : très très bruillant car donne dans la rue ou il y a beaucoup de circulation;

Great locaton to rail terminal and bars and restaurants all nearby, good location for seeing the sights, back of hotel very quite so get a good night's sleep. room 401 had a jacussi shower ! Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was amazing for choices, rooftop terrace great in the evening. witnessed an attempted handbag snatch on the streets so be aware all the time.

Rome is fairly large so if you want a hotel near Temini Station, this is the one. Best Breakfast in Town! The staff was helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is not the best but you can certainly find a decent bar and place to eat. If I ever go back to Rome, I will stay here.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 euro taxi ride to the Vatican, walking distance to Colliseum and many restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Rooms are decent size, however smelled like spoiled wine. This was our first time to Rome and we had hoped for a lot of help from the Concierge, however the front desk staff would only recommend their exclusive partner for tours, otherwise they would not/could not help. We were able to find private tours by just showing up at the Colliseum. In our opinion, private tours are a must to truly understand and maximize the experience.

Hotel was nice, two beds pushed together for a bed is not very comfy though. nice room, shower curtain was not a shower curtain though, and quite irritating to come out of shower with a floor full of water. Nice location, wanted to stay 2 extra days, they said at front desk they do not have anymore rooms, [...] so we changed hotels, and to a nicer one around the corner, the Mossimo
