Al Ponte dei Sospiri Hotel Venice

The staff was nice enough but to be honest the room was dirty and the show had no water pressure at all. We also made the mistake of staying on the second floor which was not a good idea due to the amount of street noise. If you go here stay on the top floor.

This hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of whats going "on" in the city of Venice. You could not ask for a very reasonable priced hotel to be better positioned than a five minute walk from St Marks Sq. The staff were very helpful and quickly put right a couple of small issues with the room when we arrived. The only down side to our room was the condition of the bath, it really was showing its age to the point that we choose not to use it. That aside I would use the hotel again because of the friendly staff and its location.

Next to the Bridge of Sighs canal and 10-20 steps from San Marco -- the location doesn't get any better. The included breakfast was excellent. However, the room was small and dark (and quite expensive!). The bathroom was OK except for the tiny coffin of a shower stall. The water temperature would automatically cycle from piping hot to frigid. I didn't get a good shower during my 3 days there and the staff didn't do anything to fix it despite several requests. Other than that the front-desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. Would I recommend this hotel -- Yes but not resoundingly.

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel à 2 minutes de la Place St-Marc, mais certaines choses laissent à désirer dans la chambre (Propreté et salle de bain). Déjeuner en chambre sans suplement, plutôt sympa.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist super gelegen. Man muss aber unbedingt darauf achten, dass man kein Zimmer im 1. Stock hat, sondern so weit oben wie möglich - sonst weckt einem am Morgen der Lärm oder lässt einem abends nicht einschlafen.

Hotel très bien placé, personnel génial, déjeuners corrects, mais baignoire ne donnant pas envie de s'y tremper les f... !!! Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre non plus... Ampoules sur les luminairesde la chambres en partie grillées... sinon, chambre avec beaucoup de cachet. A recommander mais avec bémol sur le prix...

Small boutique hotel with 13 suites. Our room had a king size bed and a sofa bed for our daughter. A little tight with luggage for 3 adults, but beautiful room & large bathroom. We took advantage of the daily room service breakfast that is included in the room price. Had minor problems with wireless internet & hot water, but both were taken care of by the staff. Close to St. Mark's square but a block or so away, to keep it quieter. Very friendly helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay again in Venice.

Hotel à taille humaine de 13 chambres. Pour nous chambre luxe bien typique avec douche balneo. Service de qualité et personnel jeune et très sympathique. Qq bon plans. Une visite de Morano et son usine avec trajet en taxi bateau offerte. Sans surprise. Conforme aux attentes.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel parlant bien le français et l'anglais. Renseignements pertinents, équipement de la chambre un peu "fatigué", ampoules de lustres inopérantes ( 1sur 2)
