Very noisy staff, hard bed and tough location to find!
Check in staff we nice, but cleaning staff were EXTREMELY LOUD and noisy very early in the morning! If you like to be woken up at 7am by staff yelling to each other in the halls, then this is the place for you! I'd stay at the Downtown Backpacker's Hostel instead next time as they offer tour information and helpful advice for travelers, at even better rates! Bed was very hard and shower area needed a good grout cleaning. Otherwise, this is an average 2 star hotel...

酒店離地鐵西直門站最近，轉程的士要五分鐘（十元），步行要二十分鐘，步行十分鐘可到公交車站。附近沒有夜市之類的商店，只有飯館，不方便逛街。 清潔度和上網速度不錯，但設備一般。所有房都沒有冰箱，要到樓下常開的便利店購買物品。水壓不夠，沒有浴盤。前台的服務態度因人而異，只有一個比較友善和解難能力較強。其他服務員一遇上問題，便會請客人直接與經理對話，處理問題能力十分弱，尤其是處理信用卡過帳問題，居然說要有現金存款才能處理！網上價格與門市特價相差只有百分之十，Hotel Club 要檢討一下，否則，下次直接向酒店訂房也是一樣。
