Generally its a clean and good
Generally its a clean and good hotel, the only cons is the wifi only available in the restaurant and lobby, the room without any sofa or coffee table and is different from what has stated in the website!!

場所は少し不便だが、無料のシャトルバスがあるのでコタキナバ
場所は少し不便だが、無料のシャトルバスがあるのでコタキナバル市内へは ２０分ぐらいでいけます。すぐそばに飲食街やショッピング街があり便利です。私は、今回ボルネオに２１泊しましたが、このホテルが値段、部屋の清潔さ、バスタブもあり、朝食の種類の多さ、すべてにおいて一番良かったです。また次回もボルネオに行く時はこのホテルに宿泊したいです。

房間及服務非常好, 又有free internet 上網, 美中不足的是交通問題, 每小時只有一班商場提供的車出入市區, 繁忙時間常常額滿, 要輪候下一班車, 浪費時間。

The staff were very friendly and serviceminded. The hotell was very fresh and clean and roomservice quick and wellpriced. The breakfastbuffé was big and the service even there very good. Also the businesscenter is good, and no extra charge. The only thing to remark is the location. If You want to go into the citycenter of KK, You have to take a taxi.

The room we stayed in was really
The room we stayed in was really nice and the hotel had a nice pool area as well. I rated service as bad because housekeeping did not clean our room on 2 of the days. Location wise, the hotel is 20-30 mins from the city and taxi rides cost RM25 one way but there was a free shuttle bus that you could take to and from the city. I really liked to location cos I felt the city was pretty dirty and I liked going back to a hotel which was a little bit out of the city. Pricing was excellent!! I thought it was really cheap for the type of room we stayed in. Would definitely go back there again!! :) Side note, the beaches were lovely!!! manukan was the best!!

The hotel is very nice and located
The hotel is very nice and located next to the hyper mall. The rooms are spacious. Hotel Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good even CD player is provided in the room. It has an excellent breakfast buffet.

Excellent Super Market with many
Excellent Super Market with many food outlets and shops. A free Bus Shuttle is available to go to town, about 20Km. Taxis to Town fixed rate of RM 15.-,and to aeroport RM 50.- Friendly and efficient Reception. Rooms spacious. Strongly recommended.
