Impiana KLCC Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The worse part of the experience was that the hotel did not have my reservation despite me having a confirmation note from Orbitz. Not sure who was at fault but, after traveling for 9 hours the wait in the lobby at check-in was not good. Started the whole trip off on a bad note BUT what saved it was that the staff were GREAT! They talked to you like a person and were great to talk to! Than tyou to the staff on the Impiana, especially the doorman, bellhop, etc.

Great Hotel!!!! We had a room with a view of the pool and the Petronas Towers. Wow you never get sick of looking at those Jewel box like towers! The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a block from the towers and the fantastic shopping centre underneath it. Staff provided perfect service. Great gym, gorgeous large infinity pool, "don't miss an evening swim looking at the towers all lit up" The room was great, clean, LCD tv and large king-size bed with a great desk and free internet. The only meals we had at the hotel was breakfast and it was good but we've had better. Overall a wonderful hotel, would stay again on our next visit to KL.

It's great for anyone who is having an exhibition at the KLCC convention center. It is also very near most major shopping centers.

Overall experience was good. Spa was a special experience though a little pricey for Malaysia. Had dinner one night - Penang Kway Teow, the chef's speciality. Dish had a lot of prawns, oysters and chicken but the latter was tough and the overall taste was bland. Breakfast was also average - had better food at previous stay in another hotel in KL (cheaper) and more variety.

its near a building of the brand new hotel oposite so can be noisy, also hotel is extending too, location is great for KLCC and main shopping, pavillion etc, o verall good price, breakfast not worth it had one was manily cold buffet, would stay again but would like staff to provide what is, News paper only arrived first and last day other time had to call down, also there was three people in the room but some days only 2 waters and 2 towels even thoughextra bed was there.

Good location and quality. Highly recommended with its price and location.

First day check in found a bottle of half consumed water bottle in the mini bar fridge, and used hand soap on shower tray. Worst of all, the housekeeping staff didn't even notice a missing hairdryer in the room. We had to call the operator to make complaint, then a guy came after half n hour just to verify we were not lying. Then he made a report to the engineering guys for a replacement to be fixed. Thank you mr.housekeeper. Overall the hotel room and location was great but need to improve on the promptness of service and the attention to detail.

The Hotels location is perfect, even though the noise of building a new Hyatt across the street can be a bit annoying. Rooms are clean, walls are paper thin though, we heard complete conversations in the room next door that we were not supposed to hear. Personnel was less friendy than we are used to generally in Malaysia (they made us wait an hour in the lobby with a six month old baby when checking in) and has some strange rules. We had to pay the hotel airport shuttle upfront in cash (could no go on our credit card) we even had to pay in cash a fee to use an umbrella !! Hotel has free and fast internet in the rooms
