Great hotel for a short stay,
Great hotel for a short stay, close to lots of shops, executive club is quite good, free cocktails until 7.30pm which is a nice touch. Beds are extremely hard and restaurant quality food is not great but there are lots of options to eat at the Pavillion. All amenities in room are of a good standard and includes free wifi!

We had a great stay, the room was nice and the location was very central. However, I thought the staff could have been friendlier/more helpful!

Showers are shocking, not sure
Showers are shocking, not sure if this was only in the room I stayed but there is no pressure in shower... struggled get the shampoo off... Also the room had few maintence issues which upon complaining to staff got it fixed quickly. Service was good and is priced well.
