Excellent, friendly service from arrival to departure. Hotel is in a very central location which facilitates shopping, eating and general travel around KL. We will be recommending this hotel.

Our room diid not have a Mini-Bar
Our room diid not have a Mini-Bar 'fridge and it took 4 hours for an Icebox to be delivered to the room. Also the kettle did not work. Not a good experience , so would not recommend it. A complete failure by Novotel, who are usually so good !!

the hotel is very well located.
the hotel is very well located. the service at the reception was a bit impersonal however they did their job well. on the other hand i was impresed by the spa service and their staff who opened the facility one hour early to accomoate my flying timetable.
