Perfect hotel in excellent location
We only stayed one night, but that was perfect...We booked a club room, Petronas Towers view. This was not much more than a standard room but we were on the 29th floor with excellent views of Kuala Lumpur's iconic towers. The club room gave us access to the Club Lounge where afternoon tea, 2 hours cocktails & alcohol, food, breakfast was served free of charge - well worth the small amount for upgrading. We ate breakfast in the main breakfast area - excellent selection and good service. Overall, excellent value for money and I would go back

Good hotel in a great location!!!
The hotels rooms are of good quality and extremely comfortable. The rooms are a good size so a good place to stay on your visit to Kuala Lumpur. I did find the rooms geared more towards business users rather than couples but still enjoyable. Excellent location of hotel with it being next to Petronas Towers and having Suria shopping complex close by for shopping and food. The honeymoon surprise they left was not very special as it was just rose petals scattered around the room, I feel this could be improved if the hotel would like to aim towards the couple market. We also had an issue with this as this was not done upon arrival and had to call reception about 3 times for it to be done.

Lots of places to eat within and outside Suria shopping complex. We did not have bed and breakfast so was a great place to go and get some breakfast.

Fantastic Trip
I really enjoyed this hotel. I stayed during a recent trip to Asia where I visited different countires. This hotel was by far the best hotel of the trip. I have nothing bad to say about it at all and I recommened getting the room with breakfast included. The reason why I say this is because; it allows access to an upstairs lounge area where you can get snacks and drinks through out the day and completed computer access as well as other things. The room was nice and clean and I could make it as hot or cold as I wanted. Great views as well!

Excellent stay overnight. Huge buffet breakfast fantastic value. Lovely staff. Full use of good amenities right up until we left for the airport in the evening. Splashed out on the limo airport transfer - worth every penny!

Outstanding Hotel
Stayed in the Club room Twin Tower View - beautiful view of the Twin Towers. Club room included free internet and breakfast and snacks just about all day long. Service was outstanding. Went out of the way to help us with air travel problems. Every single member of the staff went over and above their call of duty to help us and make us comfortable. Outstanding! Well done Traders!

Fabulous dining options in the mall at the base of the towers. Also, the train is a very cheap and efficient alternative to a taxi. Don't be afraid to use it!
