Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun - All Inclusive

Omg!!where to begin,this hotel was amazing .The food the staff the room the show all in one word perfect !!!I can't wait to go again ,and tell all friends and family.loved it loved it.

This was our second time at fiesta.it was wonderful we went to relax and this was the place to do that..the staff was so nice.the food was great and resort was very clean.we found our home away from home.can't wait to go back.

This was our first visit to Cancun and we had a wonderful experience! The staff was fantastic and the entire facility was breath taking with amazing beach/ocean access and views. The rooms seemed a little dated but with the great amenities at this resort, you're hardly in your room anyways! I would recommend to anyone looking to plan a trip to Cancun.

Excellent vacation. If the outside bars were open later that would be a plus. The staff are excellent all very friendly and helpful. I would go back again and recommend it to everyone. Our room was super clean and the room service was excellent.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool was great and huge! Wasn't many umbrellas available but we sat in the pool in the shade to take short breaks from the sun and grab more cocktails! Hotel is family friends, but was good for singles as well. We took cabs to the town for nights of dancing, not super close, but not to far either. Our biggest complaint would be the rooms. They felt damp and humid the entire time. Lowered the ac to 60, and made no difference. Asked maintance to come look at it and there was no change.

This hotel is nice and amazing and very clean. The Spa isn't really worth it, it's overpriced, and it only good if you want someone to rub you, they really didn't do a great massage. Also make sure you put up your tablets it you bring them the room service who clean the room must of drop mine of the table when cleaning and cracked my screen on mine, but other wise it a great hotel and the water is great dont believe what people say cancun is nice and it is safe.

We went on our honey moon and it was almost perfect. First upon our arrival the check in clerk asked us if it was any special occasion and we told them it was our honeymoon so they brought champagne and flowers up to the room by the next night as a token. Next the food was amazing. The breakfast buffet as everything you could imagine. For luch we always ate at the cevicheria by the pool and felt great after being in the sun for a few hours. and beach and it was amazing seafood. Very fresh The cevicheria is by the pool, so you can eat there but everyday they also grilled additional stuff like ribs, burgers or fish right in the middle of the pools. There was also a snack bar in pool where they serve burgers, ice cream cheese sticks etc. The sitdown restaurants were amazing 5 star places. The ittalian was by far the best. The serv ice could not have been better. The only part we didnt like which wasnt the hotels fault is that there is many many children. Its a family hotel for sure. So not very romantic. the entertainers were very fun also. Ovedral perfect!

Myself and my two teenage girls spent 7 days at the resort and had the best vacation ever. The daily staff that keep everyone entertained around the pools don't get any better than this! Every single day they had activities that started around 10a.m. to 5 p.m. around the pool and then continued at night in the theater. Entertainment was top notch! The food was exceptional. The selection was so varied it would be impossible not to find something you loved. The food was the best I've ever had anywhere. I mean that too. Including the USA! We left so happy but with heavy hearts because we created such nice friendships with some of the hotel staff and hotel guest. No matter what age you are there is something for everyone to do on a daily basis. This hotel caters to all and go out of their way to make sure you are happy at all times.
