Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun - All Inclusive

This was the best service we have experienced from an all-inclusive. We have stayed 8 times in the in the Hotel Zone and the Playa area. It seemed at times the staff out numbered the guest. The specialty restaurants were very good but the buffet is not very good lacking choices and no carving station. The service at the beach and pool was fantastic! Drinks brought right to you and food if you desire. A tip will ensure even better service and the servers are very thankful. We had a ocean front room with a great view. We got to the hotel early at 10:30 am and a room was ready. A balcony is not guaranteed but we got one. The ratio of balconies is about 60/40 to have one and of those half only have enough room to stand. We also requested a king size bed but got two doubles which was fine seeing that we got there so early. We tried the room service was very surprised as to how good it was. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider going back. One other note in regards to the rooms. While they are clean they are dated and could use updating but this is typical of other older hotels in the zone and not a surprise.

I went for a long weekend trip with my boyfriend for his birthday and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the weather was lovely.

Very nice neat clean hotel - what you would expect for a four-star in Mexico. But the food exceeded expectations and the wait staff in all but one of the restaurants was great!

My wife and I have each stayed at different "all-inclusives" in the past and we both agree that this is one of the best ones. Our main praise is the restaurants and bars. The hotel does a great job at having a fresh and quality variety at each place for each meal. We also really liked the 24 hour room service with a great selection for any time of day. The rest of the hotel is also great and easy to get around. The pool area is beautiful and they have a nice beach with lots of beach chairs around and staff serving drinks on a regular basis. As for the staff, they did a great job, but I know they don't get paid much, so please tip them. It shouldn't be a big deal to tip a $1 or $2 for a couple of drinks or table service and it means a lot to the workers. Our room overlooked the pool / ocean and was quite roomy. When we arrived, all that was available was the 2 double beds but the staff was able to move us to a king after the first night. Again, the staff was good about keeping the mini bar stocked with pop, water, and beer. My only minor complaints would be the comfort of the bed (too firm for me) and some odd afternoon house keeping visits. Some days we would come back to our room (after the maid had already been in) and the TV would be on a radio station and some things would be straightened up. None of our things were ever messed with and the room does have a safe, which we always remembered to use, but it did seem a little strange to us. If you decide to book here, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I had a fun filled time. Hotel had a variety of things to do each day and everyone on the hotel staff was friendly, especially Melissa and Daniel. Everyday was a new adventure.

This place came as advertised, with wonderful service, an amazing beach, yummy food (mostly mexican style) and a beautiful slightly-older grounds. We had a great time, enjoyed the various Tequilas offered, the daily entertainment (beach volleyball, tequila tasting) and the Mexican/Italian restaurants had great food! The cons? Uncomfortable pillows (very hard), they forgot to clean our room once and we had to ask for water/toiletry replacements twice, it was noisy early in the morning (8AM sometimes), with constantly moving furniture/fixing-up going on meaning that sleeping in was not doable.
