Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun - All Inclusive

A clean,well located and well maintained hotel with a friendly,responsive and bilingual staff. Several onsite restaurant and bar options which offer decent food and drinks,but are expensive.

The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. We arrived several hours before check in and waited only one hour in order for the room to be cleaned. The room had a balcony, was very clean and comfortable for three people, the bathroom was nice but small, although we made it work. The location of the hotel is good too. Only a 10 min bus ride to the point of the hotel zone and a 25min bus ride to Downtown Cancun. The hotel is very nice, has marble floors and nice furniture, the grounds are well kept and also has a wonderful view of the ocean. Because we stayed for one week, one day the cleaning staff forgot to give us enough towels when I called the concierge, I was told someone would bring them to our room and within 5min the staff brought the missing towels. On another occassion the airconditioning was not functioning well and they also immediately came to service it. I would say that the overall stay at this hotel was excellant.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was very inviting. Staff were very friendly and attentive . I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from our balcony -it was very romantic. I can't wait for the next visit to see a few of the staff who made a concerted effort to attend to our every need.

The Fiesta Americana Condesa is a great hotel to just relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the everyday workweek. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and informative when giving advice on places to go and visit while we were down there. For us the food offered at the hotel was better than any of the restaurants that we visited while down there. It is easy to just walk over to the Melia or Omni to catch a bus into the city and there is a 7-11 and 24 hour mini-mart right across the street. The beach was absolutely amazing along with the pool. We enjoyed swimming up to the pool bar and grabbing a pi?a colada. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Cancun!! Beautiful hotel and beach along with friendly staff. The only thing is to avoid going to the Italian restaurant because the food is terrible and also make sure not to leave the front door or the sliding door open because it might make the a/c leak. Other than that it was a great place to stay, swim, eat, and relax.

we had a wedding at the feista americana condesa...it was wonderful!!! the hotel was more than accomadating...they were all terrific...there were about 35 people with our group and everyone of us had a great time there...the rooms are very clean and comforable...the beach and pool were great very clean and drinks and food are always availible...we used all the facilities and they were all great (hair salon, gift shop, jewelry store, spa, gym, and all the resturants and bars)...everyone of them were good...the people working there were so friendly and helpful...it was one of my best vacations ever...we all will be going back to the fiesta americana condesa...i would recommend it to all...families couples and singles also....they really do a good job for all... i could go on and on about what a good place this is but i think everyone should visit here and see for yourselves what a great time you will have....

only problem were the singles, got a little loud in the lounge area. no nightly entertainment which we would have liked

Singles could relax during the day, but needed to make other plans at night. The all inclusive plan seemed like it needed to be revised or deleted, because it seemed very deceiving to those who paid the extra money for it. Other than that it was very beautiful and relaxing, and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Fiesta Americana Condesa was SO great! I did a lot of research on the hotel before my boyfriend and I left and had a good feeling about it - but we were even more satisfied and impressed when we got there and we are a little high maintenance! The hotel was gorgeous, sort of modern contemporary in a beachy kind of way! The room was ok - I wish we would of had an ocean front view. But we spent most our time at the hotels pool and beach and we were VERY satisfied with this! The pool area is amazing, huge pool, beautiful, relaxing, clean, and fun! A lot of people commented on the beach area being too small - well news flash that's how pretty much the whole coast of the hotel zone is - we thought it was perfect, it felt private, quiet, and relaxing - and the ocean is the perfect color of turquoise! The overall service was probably the best part of the trip - everyone was so accommodating and helpful! Great staff! And we were never asked once about time share stuff - don't know what all those comments were about! Overall amazing trip - would stay at this resort again in a heartbeat...wish I was still there!

The FACC was a wonderful hotel to stay in. my wife and I were impressed with the overall stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent, the food though pricey , thet at leats gave you 15 to 25 percent off the price of the bill. The beach, the entire grounds were immaculate. I would recommend this to my friends. The downside however were several but not too much of an inconvience. The Bathroom was small. The food was tasteful waiters gave excellent service.T The walls were thin whcih meant you could hear what was goingon next door. Lastly, the constant hounding from the staff to take a tour of another property owned by FACC. I figured after 2 days the staff could tell if you new arrivals or recent visitors intersms of days there. If you visit Market 28 ( ther local flea market) be prepared to be hounded to buy. That Market takes plenty of patience. The bus ride is fast, so get you moneyy ready and take your seat quickly. The drive very fast. Overall my wif and I had a wonderful time in Cancun. I would do it all over again but without the hassel.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. It is family friendly but also good if you're looking relaxation time. The location is awesome because your close to nightlife. The service is neat and the hotel is beautiful. The beach is also great , it has lots of palapas. The rooms are very spacious and they really attend you rapidly on any request. We also enjoyed the pools. We had the best experience in Cancun and great part of it was because of our stay at the Fiesta Americana Condesa.
