Sijoittuu Stavangerin kaupungin keskustaan, kävelyetäisyydellä kaupoista ja ravintoloista, sekä myös Stavangerin vanhasta kaupunginosasta. Nykyaikaista taidetta ja Pohjoismaista suunnittelua. Vuoteemme ovat voittaneet vuoden 2002 palkinnon kaupungin kaikkein mukavimpina vuoteina. Monikieliset henkilöstömme ovat ylpeitä voidakseen antaa parasta palvelua. Lemmikin kustannukset: 200 kr per vierailu. 12 vuotiaat ja nuoremmat lapset saavat vierailla ilmaiseksi, jos jakavat huoneen vanhempiensa tai isovanhempiensa kanssa, mikäli ei lisävuodevaatteita tarvita. Huomaa, että kaikki Choice-hotelli Pohjoismaissa ovat 100% tupakoimattomia tiloja.

Romantic getaway

The location was prefect. Very close to city center. Staff very friendly. Restaurant and bar was closed during the entire 8 night stay due to winter holidays. Single bed room was too crowded so had to ask for a Deluxe Single Bedroom. The bedroom was very dusty but bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I wish I had been informed in advice about the restaurant and hoped the room was a bit cleaner.

Good location, average hotel

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to work, and because it was rated by another site as the 'best business hotel' in Stavanger. I found my room to be clean and comfortable, and the location was a nice balance between the downtown and other parts of the city. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and is served until 10AM. But there were a few things that disappointed me: - There is no in-house restaurant for dinner. (It's possible to get a meal in the bar, but the menu is limited.) - The complimentary wireless Internet requres passwords from vouchers that expire every few hours. - The lights over the bathroom sink were out when I first arrived, and it took till the next day to get them working. (Shouldn't the staff have noticed this? The bathroom was quite dark, and shaving was near impossible.) - Calling down to the front desk often took 10-15 rings, if there was any answer at all.

Shoppausvinkki: Short walk from hotel

The most active part of the city, shopping- and entertainment-wise, is on the other side of the pier and small pond. It's not a far walk, but not all that obvious when viewed from the hotel. Look for the row of restaurants and pubs along the pier, and then go 1-3 streets up the hill behind them.
