Normandy Hotel

We really enjoyed this old style hotel. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. It held the charm of yesteryear. My 6'2" son was not so enchanted with the daybed and tiny 18th century furniture in the sitting room, but the main bedroom had a king bed with lots of cupboard type closets. Bath was large. I would recommend. The Younger generation looking for internet and such would be happier elsewhere.

Muy bien situado, pero muy viejo y las habitaciones sucias y no renovadas. Nos quisieron cobrar dos desayunos que no disfrutamos. No tenía bar y no pudieron facilitarnos una bolsa con hielo para una urgencia.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, Great, Great Location... 1-2 blocks from the Lourve ... many tours leave from this area as well... Definitely don't hesitate to book this hotel in my opinion.

The room was large and kept clean by the maids, the price reasonable, and the service efficient. From the Normandy you could reach a number of the most famous and beautiful sights by foot, such as the Musee d'Orsay,the Louvre, Champs-Elysees, Notre Dame,the Latin Quarter, and the Opera; or use the nearby MET and RER to carry you in every direction from the Charles de Gaulle Airport to the Palace of Versailles or the Loire Valley. We highly recommend this hotel.

古い建物で、パリらしいゴージャスな雰囲気のホテルでした。 朝食のサロンの部屋の天井がとても素敵なので、ぜひ朝食を取られることをおすすめします。 飛行機のインターネットチェックインをしたかったのですが、快くプリンターに接続したパソコンを使わせてもらえました。 どのスタッフもとても親切です。 お部屋の中は、いたってシンプルですが、古き良きパリが残っています。 また泊まってみたいです。

A notre avis, le nombre d'etoile n'est pas mérité. Certes la chambre est grande et l'hotel tres bien situé ( a qques pas du Louvre ). Mais la chambre etait censée etre de catégorie "supérieure" dans un hotel ****. Or la climatisation est en panne ( apparement depuis longtemps ) et est donc remplacée par une climatisation portable tres bruyante. Le service ( notamment d'acceuil ) est réduit à son strict minimum. Il n'est même pas demandé le Voucher et le personnel semble etre de mauvaise humeur. La salle de bain est petite, merite un rafraichissement ( peintures portant des trace d'humidité, joints noircis ) et une ampoule est à remplacer ( pas fait pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour ). Cela ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Le petit déjeuner est par contre d'un tres bon rapport qualité/prix.

トリプルで朝食なしで148ユーロと安く、場所が非常によく、また部屋も広く、コンシェルジェのサービスもよかった。お薦めできるホテルです。事前にホテル評価を見たが、そこにはバスルームがペンキがはげていて古いとかいてあったが、そんなことはなく、清潔で広く且つバスタブも付いていて良かった。場所はルーブルの近くでオペラ・ガルニエにも近く非常に便利な場所です。2泊してチェックアウトした後、モンサンミッシェルに行きましたが、そのときも荷物をコンシェルジェで快く預かってくれて非常に助かりました。チップを渡した けです。コンシェルジェの応対がフレンドリーで好感が持てます。設備は冷蔵庫あり。湯を沸かすティーポットと歯磨きセットは備わってません。マイナス点は、2つの衣装棚の内、１つは扉の鍵がなくなっていたので、一旦扉をきちっと閉めると（掃除のメイドが閉めてしまいます）鍵穴にドライバーなどを差し込んで開けることになったことでしょうか。ドライバーとか果物ナイフなどを持参しておくのがいいでしょう。

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is about 1 block from the Louvre and very close to the Metro. The rooms are small and old, but comfortable. The shower was inconvenient for people with bad knees and the shower head did not mount on the wall anywhere.

Quando avevo letto camera con mobili antichi, pensavo a qualcosa di elegante considerando la spesa in piu che veniva a costare, ma nella realtá, ho trovato solo dei mobili vecchi in stile antico. Comunque mi sono trovato abbastanza bene per l'intimitá che si puo avere in questo albergo e la centralitá del posto dove esso si trova.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Normandy. From one of our 6th floor balconies (we had 2 of them), we could see Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower and of course, the Louvre. The hotel is obviously old, but that is what makes it so special. Our room was perfect, chipped paint and all...it had wonderful character and charm. We lucked up by asking the desk attendant to check out the available rooms first. She showed us three rooms and we picked the one with the most space and best views. I will stay there again.
