The Hotel offers excellent equipped conference and meeting rooms for the convenience of business guests while the wellness centre is an ideal place spend your valuable time. Guests can workout holistically at the state-of-art fitness centre or get pampered with an oriental foam massage and later on settle down with an aroma bath and algy detox bath.

Zimmer, Sauna und Fruehstueck waren grossartig, leider war ich aber im Untergeschoss in der Naehe der Waschkueche und habe die ganze Nacht die Waschmaschine gehoert, ohne Ohropax waere nicht an schlafen zu denken...

Die Dame am Empfang war allein
Die Dame am Empfang war allein und damit überfordert. Hat uns mehrfach warten lassen. Beim Check-Out wollte sie den vollen Preis berechnen, hat erst auf meinen Protest hin, die Anzahlung üer [die Webseite] berücksichtigt und sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel inakzeptabel.

A reasonable business hotel -
A reasonable business hotel - clean, well decorated and in good order. Customer service attitude was dissapointing and not what would be expected of a 130 Euro/night hotel. Single rooms are a single narrow bed (with the corners cut off and shortened) and are smaller than I would expect. There is no air conditioning (the hotel either has air cooling in summer of heating in winter) given that the hotel had the heating on and it was a warm late October day in a warm hotel the only way to make the room cooler was to open a window onto the noise outside. Overall needs updating and attitude needs attending to. Italian restaurant attached serves good food and is reasonably priced although the manager seems to have been infected with the poor attitude bug.
